During my stay at Muscat Garden Hotel, I was impressed by several key aspects. Firstly, the rooms were notably clean and spacious, providing a comfortable environment throughout my stay. The hotel's staff members were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel's location proved to be advantageous, offering easy access to various attractions and amenities in the area. The breakfast provided was of good quality, with a wide array of options to choose from. Moreover, the presence of numerous food options nearby added to the convenience of dining choices. Ample parking space ensured that parking was never an issue during my stay. Furthermore, the hotel's gym facilities were well-equipped, allowing guests to maintain their fitness routines. Overall, Muscat Garden Hotel offered great value for money, providing quality accommodations and amenities that exceeded expectations.

Room service doesn't sweep floors during the daily cleaning. Since there is no carpet in the rooms it gets really messy if you stay for extended period of time.

The location is right in the middle of AL Khuwair. Prime location. Very easy access. But public transport might be difficult. Staff were courteous and provided anything I asked for within minutes. Will definitely recommend staying. The room size was much bigger than I expected.

The receptionist verbally told us our room number while there were other guests within earshot. So we, as females, did not feel comfortable on our first night of our stay due to this.

The room was big with comfortable beds, pillows and a lovely spacious bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff, good amount of parking nearby. We enjoyed our stay.

The bathroom is very bad. No enclosed shower, so while you are having shower, the whole bathroom is wet. The toilet seat is just sitting on top and not fixed. Mould clearly showing on the tiles mortar joints.

No real complaints from us.

We stayed on the first and last nights of our trip coming to and from Muscat International Airport. We were very happy with the room and slept great both nights. The room had a city view and on our last night we could see the lit up domes of the mosque from the bed. The breakfast buffet was fabulous and the hotel is located in a neighborhood with restaraunts cafe's and even a beach in walking distance. I highly reccommend the Indian Vegetarian restaurant very close to the hotel! The staff were very pleasant and helpful and overall we were very happy with our stay.

No problems with the hotel itself, which means the deciding factor is the staff, and they were great at the Garden. I didn't stay here my first visit in Muscat because of a mistake in my booking, but the staff were so good to deal with that I came here when I returned to the city. A building is a building, the staff make the difference. I hope they feel respected, and stay. I didn't try to breakfast. Close to a bus stop, which is handy, just be ready to flag them down in advance.

While I didn't dislike anything, I would like to suggest a potential improvement. If there could be a reduction in breakfast charges, which I find to be on the higher side, it would be greatly appreciated. I believe that a lowered price would not only enhance customer satisfaction but also encourage more patrons to take advantage of this offer.

Whenever I plan a visit to Muscat, this hotel is always at the forefront of my considerations. Its prime location provides easy access to everything – hypermarkets, taxis, shopping, and restaurants. The rooms are not only nice and tidy but also offer a unique experience on each floor with a variety of well-designed accommodations.

Very nice and helpful personel. I've received the upgrated version of room after arrival. As well as because of noise in my first room I got help to change and choose another room in the middle of night without any problems.

There is no an area for parking and you need to park away most of the time

The location is perfect beside a lot of hypermarkets, malls, restaurants and very good for walking around. The room is big and clean with a lot of supplies. The net was a little not good but it is OK. Cleaning the room was v good and checkin and out was in minutes.

They have this music at the restaurant and entrance that is awful! It's the same song all over and I could not relax at the breakfast because of it. Not sure how the employees tolerate that every day. I would prefer no music! The Asian lady at the restaurant was rude. Avoid her, though she will not avoid you...

The location is great. There is a bridge nearby that allows to cross to the other side of the highway and go to the beach. It also has a huge supermarket with cheap warm food one minute way. Rooms clean and comfortable. The breakfast was varied and good. Bus route 8 and 1 very close and regular.
