Spacious, clean, comfy and the apartment has everything, nothing is missing. It is a few meters away from the markets and cafes and the mina walk. The owner's residence card gives access to many places in the resorts including pools and beaches.

The nearby hotel had some loud music in the evenings, but that was just for a couple of hours.

Even though, the host Abdelaziz was not in Salalah during our stay, he was always available for questions we might have. If we needed something for the apartment, his assistant, who must be somewhere nearby, was always ready to help within minutes. It was a beautiful apartment with seaview, great interior and amenities, such as a washing mashine, dishwasher, microwave oven and full kitchen. The balcony with its great view is a big plus. With our car, we were close to all the hot spots, beaches, Souqs, mosques, etc.

A very large and comfortable apartment conveniently located close to the beach (new and very clean). The apartment is completely equipped with everything - perfect. Wi-Fi very good. The area is a bit strange, we were there during ramadan and almost everything was closed during the day. The resort was quite empty.

It was nice accomodation. Comfortable stay. The owner helped us a lot and gave us many good advices for our travels. We had access to a private beach and two pools. The beach is amazing. The owner send us the location.

Amazing huge and very clean appartment:). Great position, just few minutes walking distance from beautifull beaches. Placed in a nice and safe area, where any dresscode is fine:):) What is very comfortable for europian lady tourists:) Perfect communication with owner, been very helpfull to us:)

The apartment was clean and fully furnished, with a great vies from the balcony. Good privacy and quiet for a relaxing holiday. We stayed for 5 days, and enjoyed the experience. A good base from which to explore Salalah. Excellent host.

Staff is rude. The owner doesn’t have minimum courtesy to respond to the msg when I complained about it. They don’t clean room and change towels.

The pillows were too high and uncomfortable. The extra pillows had hair from previous users. The sofa were wrapped with external cloth for protection when in the original picture, this protective cloth is not there. This gives the living room a bad look. The building hallway was dark at night. The sensors didn't seem to pick our movement and turn on the lights. The coffe maker did't have the right size mini cup feed. There was construction of new resort units in the morning across from the water channel which kept waking us up. We couldn't sleep in soundly.

Many extra beds, pillows, and blankets for the children. Close parking right in front of the building. Nice view overlooking a water channel. Car rentals in nearby resorts in the same resort complex. Tennis courts, swimming pools, and many cafes abd restaurants by the sea promanade.
