Honestly, I could have gotten better service from an automatic check-in kiosk than the ladies at the front desk. That says it all. Though, on their defense, it seems to be like a cultural thing

Room looks just like the pictures, clean & cozy. Bed was so comfortable, got clean towels everyday, had a pharmacy right across the street, staff were accommodating.

-The lighting was abit dim, -The AC unit should beable to raise it's temperature to become abit cool/ warm for persons like me who freeze easily... I had to switch off the units for a couple days. -I wish there were an accessible balcony for my room -better external ventilation needed for the toilet area

Location is great, very nice staff. Breakfast is good if you stay for 1-2 nights, we stayed 9 days and we were tired to eat SAME breakfast every day

The hotel was clean and the room was big and spacious. Front desk staff were helpful and polite. Major food establishments such as Wendy's, Dominoes pizza were at the bottom of the gap. Location is fantastic very close to the Metro.The area is very safe and no issues with Uber drivers finding the hotel. It was a quiet and peaceful stay. Kid friendly Hotel. I will definitely stay at Marinn again.

I didn't like the bf was mostly the same thing everyday plus the time we come most things was finish at 8\8.30 and not refill, no kettle in the room to make tea at night.

I love the ambience very friendly people especially our waiter at bf cant remember his name but he was the only tall guy.

There are no drinking water supply in the room everyday and no tea or coffee as well. The breakfast selection is limited. Stuff at the restaurant are very helpful.

The Hotel has good value for money. The room 1810 is great the view very beautiful. Location of the hotel is excellent close to every where. Front desk staff Diego and Nehemiah are very helpful and communicate very well. Internet in the room is good.

While the overall stay was lovely, we did find the breakfast offerings a bit repetitive. A little more variety from day to day would have made mornings feel more exciting and catered to different tastes. Also dishes like omlettes should be offered without an additional cost.

Great location, easy to move around and to walk to various places. Good breakfast. Clean, Comfortable room and bed. Fridge in room. Nice roof top view of the financial district. Good shower and bathroom. Lots of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Metro nearby.
