The street was sometimes a bit noisy.

Modern, comfortable and fully equipped apartment. In particular, we liked the kitchen and living room. Great view and friendly staff!

The property had a reception which made it easier to check in. The location was actually very good-- walking distance to the water, to cafes and to really cute areas. The rooftop pool was incredible and we used it everyday. The receptionists were also incredibly nice. We also felt that it comfortably fit our family and would highly recommend staying here. It is on a fairly busy street, so there are pros and cons of that.

The apt was very safe, the rooms were comfortable, clean and equipped with everything we needed. The pool area is on the rooftop and the view from up there was awesome. Transportation is easily accessible and the main malls are just 5 mins drive away. Kevin our host was very friendly and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.

The appartement was infested with roaches, the bed was broken and the sheets were not changed. The chairs in the dinning area was dirty unable to sit on them.We contacted the person in charged and hevtold us that due to the fact that we were not in the apparemment he couldn't come and fix it. So we basically paid to be uncomfortable, in an unclean space.There were also a constant stench coming from the drains. In the cabinets they were roaches droppings.It was said and I do hope that they really take thevtime out to properly clean the space before renting it out again.

The location was great close to the train station.

The things I didn't like have nothing to do with the property or stay.

The the hosts responsiveness with timely responses and the security's welcoming attentiveness was a delight. We really felt at home, this could be my home perfect.

The area was very easy to access, the Location was very central the Metro, Supermarket and food spots were close by. My family felt safe the entire time and the host was very helpful. The complex has great security and the location was perfect. We enjoyed the Gym and the pool on the rooftop. Will definitely return.

There was a sofa in one of the bedrooms with a broken leg (unattached) and mattresses on the beds were too firm for me and my guests. I didn't realize mattresses were made that firm. No give at all. When sitting on the bed, I couldn't tell the woodrn bed frame from the mattress. But, I suppose that's a mtter of preference. There were no additional trash bags or toilet paper (not good with a bunch of women in the place). There wasn't enough bed linens. The place had two beds (1 in each bedroom) and 2 sofa sleepers. Not sure if maybe some were taken to be washed? Even though we didn't check in until 5pm, there was a wet rag on the kitchen counter that had a bit of a sour smell. Maybe housecleaning had just left. Despite that, they forgot to clean the microwave. It wasn't gross, but noticeably dirty inside. We could manage fine with everything except the constant chirping. The smoke detectors needed the batteries changed. The contact was responsive in saying they'd reached out to the host Kevin. But we never met or heard from Kevin the entire 3 day stay.

The facility was secure and top notch. It was clean (except the inside of the microwave could use a wipe down). There's a great pool and view of the city on the rooftop.

The middle coffee table could be a little higher

I chose it for a business trip. The view of the pool is beautiful. Luxurious spacious apartment with a view. Big TV. Comfortable furniture. Everything is available in the kitchen. Fridge, washing machine, espresso coffee machine. Very nice. I want to come again.

The hot water throughout entire apt did not work. Contacted booking.com and host many times to resolve, and no resolution. Ants everywhere. Didnt appreciate this.

The apartment building itself was nice and the rooftop pool was great. The gym was also OK and the key fob was easy to use.
