Pls note that there isn't any lift, my room was on the 3rd floor and it didnt bother me.

This hotel is wonderful within a walking distance to plaza de Armas and everything. Cozy big bed, good hot shower, safe, opposite the famous Monasterio Catalina. Exceptional staff specially a lady at the reception who spoke more languages. As I was leaving v early, a bfast box was ready to take. Wifi perfect Ill be back

We only had a brief overnight stay, leaving very early the next morning so missed out on the breakfast (lunch bag was provided) Modern hotel with lovely clean room and excellent shower. Very good location to the main Plaza and old city as well as cafes and restaurants. Would return when/if we return to Arequipa.

The staff were really friendly and happy to help us. We got invited to join staff on the roof top balcony for the hotels third anniversary, where we were welcomed and joined in the celebrations.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They allowed us to keep our bags there overnight while we went to Colca Canyon. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast on the rooftop was lovely! The hotel is also in a great location to access everything in Areuipa.

Needed more hooks for towels in bathroom & attention to sink (not connected well) & fan maintenance (like a 747 take off) in bathroom. Was mid range of hotels in area, can pay less for similar. If breakfast buffet was better with more options, better coffee, pancakes & more fruit id consider booking again. A little noisy because of tile & concrete construction but thats everywhere in south & central America. Standard room is only big enough for one person.

Location was very close to centro. You can see into main cathedral. Roof top with a decent view. Housekeeping kept a very clean house. Had free hot water & tea, coffee available (but worst coffee of my life). Had shampoo, conditioner & soap. Staff was nice to me. Had a extra blanket, fan & heater in closet.

For some reason, they will provide the minimum amount of soap and toilet paper even if you stay for a week. so you have to keep asking this all the time. just provide more for longer stays

The staff was amazing, always available and there to help with any request! The spot itself is in great location and the terrace for breakfast is an absoulute gem with views of city and nature around.

- kind receptionists - reception 24/7 - tea available 24/7 - heaters in the room - amazing location - comfortable and probably newly furnished room (or well maintained) - tasty breakfasts on amazing terrace - snack boxes available if you are leaving before breakfast

Perfectly located for what I needed between the main town and Yanahuara - next to my fave cafe Eco Brunch! Rooms were comfortable and had everything needed with decent Wifi. Breakfast on the terrace was very enjoyable every morning! Staff were friendly and kind.

It is located 10 mins away of the Plaza de Armas. The staff was very cute and friendly. So helpful. The rooms are good with comfortable beds, but it can be pretty noisy. Not all rooms have outside windows. The breakfast was basic but enough.

A little noisy. There’s no soundproofing. And the windows face the road. The traffic in Peru starts early with loud music and a lot of beeping. We used earplugs.

The takeaway breakfast was weird - just dry crackers, juice & a cereal bar. The rooms could do with a fan.

Bed a bid smaller than im used to but comfortable. No fridge in the room.

Good breakfast, packed us some breakfast too when we have to leave early at 5am. Good wifi, good tv with netflix, location is great, staff is very accomodating to any request.
