Great location in Cusco city. The staff were so nice and helpful, rooms were clean and the showers were lovely and hot which is needed after any long day trips.

Great location, good breakfast, very nice hotel staff that answered questions, had a tour desk where we could book activities, had an oxygen tank if needed for altitude adjustment and tea was always available. We enjoyed the hotel and would return!

This is my second time staying here in Cusco. I am a solo traveler but booked a super spacious room. I loved everything especially the staffs in the front desk. They are helpful and tried to answer all my questions. I love their breakfast as well.

Laundry service was incredibly expensive, and we didn’t pay enough attention when they confirmed the price to us up front (jet lagged and getting used to new currency), so our own fault! But I would recommend taking your laundry to a service outside the hotel.

A very comfortable stay! We stayed twice, with a 1-night break in Machu Picchu, and both times the rooms were excellent, with all comforts we needed. The staff is very friendly and they helped us with a booking problem, which was much appreciated! The on-site restaurant is good and very convenient for late arrivals or after long tours. The breakfast was good too, with lots of options. It’s located next to the San Pedro market and a 10-15 min walk to Plaza de Armas. We didn’t experience excessive noise.

Hot water could be hotter and heater wasn’t working well.

Breakfast was great! Location is very convenient. They let us check in early into our room as we arrived quite early.

The room - Very small and tired with a wooden floorboard broken in the centre of it. It feels as though the rooms are in need of attention and modernising.

Incredible staff throughout the hotel who go out of their way to help where needed. Whether that's booking a taxi, storing luggage, or offering advice, the staff had big smiles on their faces and really wanted to help make your stay the best possible.

The room is a little small s and the bathroom had issues then they fixed it.

Great location next to the San Pedro Market and short walking distance to the main square. Plenty of restaurants and night market. It is however quite at night for sleeping. Very good breakfast.

For the price we paid we didn’t expect for the room to be so small. It did not look like the photos. With all of our luggage there was no room to move. The breakfast was very lacking.

The location of the property was the best , 9 minutes waking from plaza major and 1 minutes from San Pedro market . The distance between plaza major is all flat and this is a positive thing . The hotel is clean

Everyday we had issues with hot water for shower. On the first night we got a tiny room facing the main road which was a nightmare. It can be very noisy on the street side.

Good location close to San Pedro market and few minutes walk from main Plaza. Comfy beds, good breakfast and welcoming stuff. The room we finally got was OK and comfortable.
