My room was close to the maids station so early morning there was a lot of noise. The breakfast could be better. The coffee at the lobby has a charge.... you can buy coffee but they give it to you in little cups but really little like sample cups.

Noisy, bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Breakfast was very basic and didn’t change during multiple stays at the property. Not many toiletries provided except for dispensable soap.

Excellent location, close to main square and walking distance to most sights. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. My room had an electric heater too (though all rooms don’t have this). Shower had hot water. Room didn’t include kettle (but hot water was available in the lobby). Hair dryer also available on request.

The first night we didn’t have water in the toilet, but we reported it and they sorted out in 10 min. Also the bathroom had a drains smell sometimes , so we had to keep the bathroom door closed. The room didn’t have good blinds so it was difficult to sleep after 7am because the sun. The breakfast was basic

The location was great, 5 min away from the main square by walking an close to many restaurants and shops. The bed was comfortable and we had many streaming sites available to watch on the room.

Upon arrival we learned that we had to moved to another hotel because the key for our room was lost. The hotel coordinated and paid for a taxi to the other location. However the other hotel smelled terrible and was not as nice. This hotel had a nice courtyard and a good location near the main square.

WE had a terrible experience at this hotel. As soon as we got into bed something started bitting us. We initially thought it was bed bug but we never saw them It could have been flees but definetly something was there bitting us. Then the toilet was blocked, when we flushed the water didnt go down but stayed there... Then it was SO SO SO cold !! it was # degrees C and so we asked for a heater but they didnt give us one. Never again we are staying at this hotel :(

Overall it’s a very beautiful hotel and the staff’s really helpful. On the other side, Internet is very unstable which is critic for me, also not all rooms have heaters and breakfast looked better in the pictures (talking about avocado specifically). One last thing is that I would’ve liked to know about the no visitors policy beforehand because that’s also the reason why I booked a single room. Didn’t mean for anyone to stay the night, just normal visit for someone that booked a private space.

Very Very Loud! There is a communal courtyard all through the building that leads to all bedrooms. The sound echoes all round. Meaning guests can hear the smallest sound very loudly. It's like a building site at 7am when people are getting up having breakfast. There was also people loitering outside late one night. it sounded like they were in the building. So don't expect a lie in. it's OK if you are an early riser. There is no day light in the rooms as the window looks out into the court yard.

Most rooms have no windows to the outside, only to the inside common areas where sound travels like crazy and lights stay on through most of the night. Rooms are totally sparse, basically feels like a youth hostel.

Great location close to Plaza de Armas and lots of good restaurants and city sights.

This hotel didn't offer a breakfast take away, even though I paid for breakfast - with tours starting early in Cusco, it's bad they don't offer this. Staff don't speak English (except from 1 person who isn't always there), and it was noisy. I don't think recommend this place for tourists as they don't seem to cater for that clientele.
