We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The facility is new, and breakfast is really good with the breathtaking view of The Valley.But the most important thing, at least for me, was the great, heartwarming hospitality of the staff! Thank you so much for the great stay! Definitely worth a money!

The quality of the property is worth. Perfect location in the town for a family. Have a chance to feel the local life. Perfect room abd meals to a family with little kids. Also because of our travel time, our room was updated to the high floor with great view.

United States of AmericaI loved every part and every second of that stay. If I could live outside the sacred valley in aguas calientes I absolutely would. The area has been hit with several mudslides due to the rapids next to the hotels but the community takes care of it and does the best that they can and they absolutely do. With landslides and recovering from a pandemic as a tourism dependent site I've never met such resilient and professional and kind people. Please support the area!
This place was remarkable!!! They updated our stay because my fiance proposed at Machu Picchu and they gave us a phenomenal view of the mountain side. The breakfast was spectacular and it came with our stay. They placed chocolate covered strawberries in the room as well and spoke about the area and what there was to do near by. They also helped us with our train arrangements as well as our tour arrangements of the mountain. Everything was sanitized and cleaned to covid standards and Maria (the Concierge) as well as the rest of the staff were so kind and so amazing. Remarkable

The food was very good. We did not arrange for someone from the hotel to meet us from the train but when we arrived there was someone waiting. It was very impressive and took away all the stress of finding the hotel.

United States of AmericaOrdered room service and the meat was very chewy. Not worth the $30 paid for the meal Breakfast service was slow. I had provided dietary restrictions but they did not cater to the requests. Expected more from a 5 star hotel based on the rate we paid.
We had a great night's sleep with the sound of the river. The hotel met us at the train station and helped with our bags. They also delivered our bags to the train station they day we left so we did not have to walk around with our bags around town. They provided welcome drinks and a snack. They had rooms with 3 beds so our family of 4 was able to stay in the same room.
