“A perfect and comfortable setting on a private lagoon, very romantic. Josi is a wonderful, kind hostess. She and her staff made it very simple to rent their car for hire and kayak. We would love to come back.”
“The shared space was great and hosts were very accommodating. Everything was very clean and we had an overall good stay. Short drive to Fish and Blue restaurant which was great.”
“Amazing location. Private beach onto lagoon with reef just beyond. Lots of thoughtful touches. Photos do not do it justice. The tree photo is from lovely seating area right by the sea. Seaside BBQ area also lovely. Owner Laurent so warm and helpful (lives in grounds so greeted us personally). Such a special place.”
“I really liked the location of the property – close to the city, easy to find and with its own parking. I also appreciated that the accommodation has two separate rooms, each with its own air conditioning and a bathroom with a toilet.”
“We were able to arrange a pick up at the Ferry by messaging the hosts who were super helpful and have a you can rent as well as the house
good value for money
the two beds in the lounge were actually quite private as we used the outside covered area for hanging out
bonus bananas on the tree
two bathrooms is great as we had 6 people”
“Excellent studio apartment with kitchenette. Quiet and quality air conditioning plus TV. Marie is a wonderful host speaking french Spanish and excellent English. Arranged for our All Rides rental car to be delivered to our door. Free laundry line dried by request was appreciated. At the end of the driveway we bought fresh Bonito from a local's eski for 1500 f, then cooked on induction element and it was delicious.”
“Really calm, ideal holiday home ín rural Raiatea, with a heartfelt welcome from Manu, our host. Happy to chitchat, gives good tour advices. Complete hut, full with all you need (coffee, cocoa, equipped kitchen), all tastefully decorated, amidst a fruit&flower garden. Manu is very knowledgeable ín horticulture and is enthusiastic about replanting authentic fruits& flowers. Sea just accross the perimeter road, 10m. Different kayaks available inhouse, also snorkel gear if wished. Paddle 15mins to opposite islet (motu) within the coral reef and snorkel from there! Utoroa airport 20mins, town is 25. Shop to the north 5km. Have a rental car, and circle the island - to the south see the belvedere point and the nearby gabbro rocks. Do not miss the botanical garden either. One of our best spent island holidays.”
