From my room I could hear every noise coming from the street and houses nearby

The room has a silent aircon and a balcony. The open shower did not have hot water, but it's pretty common in the Philippines. I spend only 1 night in this hotel before taking the ferry back to Cebu island and the bed was comfortable. The transfer to the hotel is free!

There are a few things that could be improved: There was no secondary lock on the door, which would be helpful for added safety and privacy. Rooms were not soundproof—we could hear roosters crowing early in the morning, tricycle noises, and people talking outside. The bathroom vent wasn’t working. The towel rack was placed inside the shower area, so towels and clothes would get wet. It would be better placed behind the door, and there was also no extra hook for hanging clothes.

We stayed at Adelaida Pensionne Hotel for 3 nights. Overall, it offered great value for money. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location is convenient—close to shops, eateries, and the town center.

The location is easy to navigate and near the beaches. The staff were so accommodating and helpful. The rooms were clean and the aircon and shower were working very well. You could also cook , they have cooking utensils , dining tables and set of plates spoon fork knife etc and a refrigerator. There's also a convenience store across , very convenient

Considering the size of the hotel, management should have installed a generator in the building; there was a power outage that lasted more than 8 hours starting from very early morning until after lunch; could you imagine the inconvenience all of us had to go through. We opened the balcony doors for the outside air to flow through but it didn’t help much; with balcony doors opened or not, the noise in front of the building is unbearable due to coming and going of transport vehicles.

The staff are genuinely amazing and the location is great as it’s close to the beach and to restaurants ; I only ordered the hotel’s breakfast once but couldn’t eat as corned beef was too salty;

wifi is not the best, so not good for those working remotely. also not the nearest option there is when it comes to beach but fairly decent walk of 5-10mins to Kota.

We leased three rooms, but unfortunately, some of them lack smart TVs. As a result, one room only offers local TV stations, and the Wi-Fi is unreliable, making it difficult to establish a stable connection.

Generally, the only aspect I appreciate is the bed and that's it!

Bathrooms are very clean but had various issues with sink and toilet. Changed rooms and problems fixed quickly but I think maintaining things should be done more often.

Low water pressure with bathroom tap. No ref (fridge). Had a shared fridge downstairs. Free WiFi had low signal at times. You tube a bit sporadic at times. Can be noisy, it’s on a main road with a local house across the road which house 24/7 roosters, a goat and assorted dogs .

Friendly staff, good location. Bed and pillows were great. Aircon cold. Comfort room had toilet with spray hose and removable shower head. Beach only 250m straight walk and only 10mins by foot to town centre.
