Bohol is inaccessible if relying solely on GPS. Aila can be difficult to find when depending on navigation app. We also had a little problem regarding ants, it ate our pasalubong but we don’t see it as a major issue for after all, the caretaker was accommodating.

Accessible to Oceanica Beach. Internet worked flawlessly. People were genuinely nice and friendly.

The place is a bit far from the “tourist spots”. We had a problem with ants but the staff quickly killed them off with ant spray.

We had a little misunderstanding with our ride to the ferry terminal but the staff promptly solved the issue! They can provide a ride to Alona but it’s a lot cheaper to flag your own tuk tuk ride. Overall, the place was clean and quiet. We had a comfortable stay!

There is nothing negative to say all of my expectations were met and everything went smooth and fine

Everything was nice the homeowner lady and her son were kind and always asked us if everything is alright. Pool is nice and big and you can also swim after the 22pm time. Rooms are spacious and comfy it really feels like home. The location is little bit hidden but it is good because you really are getting that peacefulness out of it. also the beach is not really that far aprox 4-5 minutes of walking. Will happily return back next year.

Everything was on point from the start. I celebrated my 5 year anniversary and they really did an amazing surprise. I never experienced this commitment and customer service before. The whole location was clean, perfectly located and all rooms had AC. We really felt home. I can really recommend to stay at Aila if you come to Panglao

Our stay was flawless, with no complaints about the apartment or premises—everything was simply perfect. The road to Alia may be a bit bumpy, but you quickly adapt, especially when riding scooters, as we did. Despite the location being a bit off the beaten path, the convenience of having two of the best restaurants in Panglao within walking distance more than makes up for it. Alia and her team are wonderful people!

Might be a little bit far from the beach. However, the resort offers tuk-tuk tricycle rides that take us everywhere.

The place is really quiet, clean and nicely designed. During our stay, we really felt at home. Aila herself is super friendly and willing to share her recommendations of local restaurants and places to visit.

Without motorbike or car you cannot go anywhere. But therefore they offer you a ride with the TVS or you can also rent one of their Motorbikes for small money. The water pressure little bit low in the shower.

If you don't like places with many people and many noises, this is definitely the right place for you. Super silent and just 6 units to rent.

There is Pet staying at the property and he chewed my leather fit flops. Owner has offered to take me to the city so I can buy a new pair but I was not intereted as my size is not available in Philipines (which i already knew) and I have limited time on a holiday so cluesly roaming in shopping malls was not part of my plan. I have asked to adjust half of the shoes cost towards toom rate, they have told that my shoes are very old and bad and even fake. That was very unprofessional way of approaching the situation. I had to spend my beach holiday in sneakers, and I felt disrespected. Location of the property is very remote. Considering location and hosts approach the price and value of the property is far not matching.
