The bathroom tiles and faucets need fixing / repair.

It is very close to the airport (a 8-10 minute drive). They provided water and snacks. No keys needed to access the main door and with shared space for kitchen and living area. My room is with a shared bathroom.

It is very close to the airport so the taxi ride is very short. It is a interesting neighborhood. You wont be wandering out to get anything, it is a set of very nice townhouses in the middle of a so so neighborhood. Grab took me direct from there to and from the airport with no problem. The way to get in via the email instructions was unique. but if you do what they say, there is no problem.

The only thing was the shower hurt a bit (comes out too powerful) so the shower was 4/10.

The ac didn't really work well that time. And the location was hard for the taxi and the driver didn't know the area, It was night when we arrived and it was raining.

i like the room, its a town house with 3 rooms I guess. we booked the double bed room and Me and Partner love it. the room is clean, huge tv. bed is comfy.

The room was very clean and we had our own bathroom which was nice after a long travel. TV was huge and beds are comfortable. There were small stores nearby also and grab cars to book easily.

Due to cooking of other guests the house (outside of the room) smelled like fish already early in the morning.

The shower didn’t really work (possibly user error but we couldn’t get the water to flow beyond a trickle).

We stayed for just a couple of hours after a late flight arrival into Cebu. The property is pretty close to the airport so that was super convenient and felt secure. The bed was also really comfortable and we appreciated the selection of welcome snacks after a long journey.

The bathrooms were ok, but the shower and shower floor was a bit dirty, and so the shower curtains needed some washing.

Very nice unit! Convenience to the airport for sure. rooms were good and the air-conditioning was well functioning. Beds were comfortable, which was the most important if you were exhausted from the long travels.

Great value for money and was a good location for a morning flight at Cebu. Comfy bed, good very large TV and clean room with Netflix. The entry method was clear and easy without having to meet anyone.

It’s very noisy. The aircon was very loud and as it shared a wall with the bathroom, every time the light was switched on, it made a noise in the room. Also, with so many people staying there and in my experience, leaving for an early flight, there’s a lot of noise with people moving around.

Great location, close to the airport. I didn’t arrive until 2am and it was very easy to check in. The instructions were clear and the room was clean - very comfy bed.

Definitely toilet issue like smells.

Location is perfect if you need to go to airport early or late at night. Bit large shared area like kitchen and lounge. Free snacks.

The shared toilet was too small, I'm petite and could not sit properly on the toilet as the very tight space. Also, the tap water was not running properly that day when we arrived late at night and when we woke up for our very early flight, the water completely stopped. The owner did apologize later on. However, I have noticed 2 massive water tanks on the building strip, so not sure if it is a normal occurrence around the area.

It was close to the airport. There's complimentary coffee and water. The bedroom was clean. Organised check-in instruction, the entry code for the main door and bedroom will be sent to you a day before check-in.

Aircon unit was a bit loud and room got cold quick as it was small.

nice comfortable stay for a layover and early morning flight the next day. Bed was comfy and nice to have space to eat dinner in the shared kitchen area. It was nice to have complimentary tea/coffee/biscuits too.
