Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The parking is way down the basement - either B3 or B4 was provided during our 2-night stay. There are 3 elevators that travel quite fast but it takes an abnormally long waiting time for the lift.
It’s a full apartment. There’s a kitchen, dining area, living room area and the bath tub in the bathroom in the master’s bedroom is a good feature. Iron and ironing board are provided.

The lobby is a bit small for a large number of rooms plus guests from outside wanting to go to the restaurant.
The rooms are very spacious and the food at the restaurant is of really good portion at a reasonable price.

Property needs some tender loving care. Bathroom maintenance is a must.
Handy location, comfy bed, very close to Malls and restaurants. Bedroom and Living room are all clean. Staff are very nice and helpful.

Unfortunately, you can really see how the property is starting to lose its prestige due to its old age. The lobby was too cluttered with guests waiting to be checked in/out. There could be a waiting area to deploy the waiting guests. It took us 30 minutes to get to our room since there were only 3 elevators in service. Even hotel staff were using the same elevators to move to different floors which made the travel time to our room longer.

Room had a little odor Shower drain was clogged when we first used. Got fixed as soon as staff notified. Floor in bathroom gets wet when shower is used.

Though riders for food delivery are not allowed to go up to your room, the bellman delivers the food, no need for you to go down to pick them. Housekeeping is also fast in service for what you need.

The lift sometimes take too long to come and the door close really quick. Also it would be excellent if their break fast buffet will have more choices e.g langonisa or pork tocino etc.

The aircons are not working perfectly. Room gets too hold or too cold. Aircons in the bedrooms sometimes dont work. But staff are very responsive when you let them know, they get someone to fix it.
Suite is actually ideal if you need to work remotely. Wifi works perfectly and it has so many tables, wall outlets. The couch is really comfortable

Some front desk staff. During check in I was initially asked for a 6k PHP deposit in cash (which we were not made aware of during booking) but told the staff my husband will give the deposit once he returns from parking our car. When my husband went to reception, he was told by another front desk staff that we had to provide 15k PHP deposit in cash only. This was absurd and told them he was informed it was only 6k. The other staff I spoke to then intervened and settled the issue. To the hotel management, you’ve got a nice hotel and some great staff but please kindly ensure you inform your guests beforehand, during reservations, that you require a cash deposit of a certain amount.

Unfortunately, there were some repair done going on for our 1st couple of days in the nearby Unit which caused some noises. Greatly appreciate the prompt action of the Hotel Staff to take action to stop it..The Cable TV needs some upgrading since there were alot of unsubscribed Channels..
The Room was spacious & the Housekeeping Staff did an excellent job to keep the room everyday..:)
