We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

FranceThe aircon temperature had a problem for sure in some rooms. If you are not from the Philippines be ready to see large lizards, my guests were very surprised.
Really amazing staff that took care of us Ate Malou and Ate Basi. They made our stay so enjoyable and helped us with everything we looked for from massages to tricycle drivers to tours. They made everything perfect from the breakfast to the other meals they prepared at home. We were even able to order lechon which is unmissable!

Hong Kong• The water pressure in the bathroom for showering was low, requiring longer shower times. • The bed covers were a bit thin, and during our four-day stay, we experienced a significant power and water outage on one day, lasting from early morning until late afternoon. • While the environment was generally private, the poolside seating area had insufficient lighting at night.
• Upon arrival, we were amazed by the overall comfortable environment. • The staff at the property, available 24/7, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. • The property had a friendly and well-behaved dog. • Although two of the five rooms were larger, all rooms were comfortable. • The living room area had ceiling fans, providing a refreshing escape from the hot weather. • The swimming pool was exceptionally clean. • The breakfast, prepared by the staff member Marilou, was personalized and served at our preferred time. • They were efficient in arranging transportation services and car rentals. • The rooms were consistently clean, allowing us to walk around barefoot without any concerns. • The availability of a kitchen for late-night cooking was a plus.
