It was very clean and the staff were very welcoming with the property having only 4 rooms it was a very personal experience and we were well looked after. Also in a good location only 2 minute drive from the centre.

Jay Ar was great and couldn't have done more for us. There were motorbikes for rent on site. We could easily walk to the main street. The room was big and it was spotless! Good value for money! Really liked the pool area too!

No really the fault of the property or a huge issue but we had some small ants. The staff tried their best to spray to keep them out but it’s bound to happen in a tropical location. Wasn’t really a bother but something to keep in mind. Also if you’re sensitive to sound you’ll likely hear the roosters very early in the morning.

Staff was great! They offered laundry service which was very helpful. WiFi was decent though could be slow at times. The air con worked fantastically and the shower had decent pressure and hot water. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean.

Such an amazing stay! Everything was perfect. Janice and her staff were so friendly to us. They organised our transport from the airport in Cebu City and everything worked perfectly. We felt like home. The rooms are very nice and clean. We also loved the outside area where you can chill on the pool, cook for yourself or just enjoy a beer. We recommend everyone to stay at Berni's Hostel!

away from busy area, 5-10 mins to the restaurants and bar area by motorbike. Very convenient location with quietness at night. Motorbike rental is available. The room is clean and spacious, you can chill at the common area next to the pool which we enjoyed. I’d love to come back to stay here!

We loved our stay here. The staff are amazing and super helpful. They helped us arrange tours and transport with no problems, making it totally hassle free for us. The pool area is great, and we loved the water refill available for guests. The room was spacious, had great natural light, and was perfectly clean. Would recommend this stay to anyone looking for a welcoming spot in Moalboal.

The only thing I would say is that I would advise hiring a scooter if you’re staying here because it is a little bit out of the main part of Moalboal but you can easily do this at the accommodation!

Janice, one of the owners of the property is so friendly, welcoming and helpful. This made our stay extra enjoyable. The accommodation had everything we needed including good air conditioning and a fridge. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The hosts were so lovely and welcoming, they helped us book our tours for the duration of our stay with them and also recommend us what to do. The location great, away from the main street but only a short walk away from it. There is an amazing restaurant literally a few steps away which was helpful during hungry evenings. The room was clean, and have everything we needed for our stay. The arranged pick-up and drop off from the airport is very convenient and the drivers were lovely, definitely worth it.

Nice accomodation with big room AC, Fan and fridge. A bit out of town but easy walkable. Also you have a nice garden to relax, have breakfast within the small outdoor kitchen or a short swim. Berni, his wife and the team are super friendly, give you tipps if required and support you if required e.g. car transport from Cebu City.

Definitely worth it and good value for money. What you see it what you get. The photos describe the hotel perfectly! Thank you to Bernie and Janice for the warm stay, you feel at home with them! They gave us a real family feeling, no stress! The hotel is quietly located & the rooms are clean and spaceous. Everything you need is provided, there is a small fridge aswell. They maybe don’t appear as “new” but the room is comfortable and really clean! I think the best we’ve had in Philippines so far. They help you with activities and offer motorbike rental too.

Very quiet hostel outside the town. You can take tricycle or walk for 10-12 minutes to town. We walked every night and we always felt safe. The owner and staff were super nice. The room were spacious, the shower pressure was great. Pool area was very good too.

The Hotel is small, & a 10 minute walk from town, which we liked. Very well kept, nice & clean. Lovely pool. Room cleaned on request, plenty of Towels including Pool Towels. Free Water & small communal kitchen available. Very Helpful & Considerate owners. Scooter Hire & Airport Transfers arranged for us.

Berni and Janice were very welcoming. Catered to all our needs, helped with taxi to port and motorbike hire. Our accommodation was great, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The swimming pool was a total blessing, and we used it every day... Laundry was also available.. Berni, janice and all their staff were very kind and helpful. We can not recommend their place enough.

Janice and Berni were extremely helpful and accommodating. They assisted us with our airport transfers and even helped us print some personal documents. The swimming pool was also lovely to relax after a long day. Location is in a quieter area but still within walking distance to the main restaurants.

It was great. I guess the only point could be it’s a little further out but on a scooter it’s only 2 mins to the Main Street and actually it’s the best sleep we got because you can’t hear the music from town.

Loved our stay here. Everything was great. Hosts we very hospitable. Did our laundry for a good price also rented us a scooter for 350 peso. The room was very clean and also a nice pool. Good WiFi for video calls too.
