The pillows in the bedroom were very hard, otherwise everything else was perfect.

The hotel was centrally located. All facilities and staff were excellent. We will definitely come back when in Cebu.

The Hotel met all expectations. It is clean and the staff is attentive. There is really nothing to be reported as an issue. The internet is ok, can be slow at times but this is across the country and nothing in particular to the hotel.

Breakfast and all meals served in the hotel are superb. Staff is very kind and helpful. Fitness Center exceeded our expectations. The Hotel is located at a busy road, next to a small complex with pharmacy and restaurants, ATM. There is a small sidewalk. It takes about half h to reach the airport and the harbor for day trips on the boat. The Hotel features a rooftop pool and a bar with a nice sunset and view of Cebu City.

I ordered the cheese burger and fries was excellent it tasted as if it was done a charcoal grill and the bast burger I have had in about 4 months it tasted so good I ordered it three nights in a row but one time they did not have the onions that wer cooked so good just one time it didn’t have the cooked onions but still good but the fried onions that made the burger I have had in a few months because where I live it’s winter so you can’t cook on the grill when it’s snowing out so I say the best burger I have had in a few months I don’t think I could of cooked better on my grill thank you to the cook my hats off to him thank you so very much I wish I could of stayed longer thank Lex hotel and the cook is the best I’ve had in months that’s why I ordered it three night in a row thanks again to the cook he needs a raise I say thank you again

Really not much to complain about, the staff is very accommodating.

The suite with the tub is nice, also the breakfast is top notch with many choices just get there early to taste them all. Wifi in the room was working well for my needs. We stayed here in same king room a second time when returning to Cebu for business.

Had a business room. Good value because it was a lovely size and was a corner so nice and light. Just a lovely room. Breakfast was full of choice and good quality. Staff were lovely. Pool was clean and modern and great for a dip in the heat. Couldn’t fault it.

Topnotch service from frontdesk, servers, and doorman. They were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The room was clean, well stocked/replenished, and wifi connection was solid. Breakfast had generous options and was delicious. Rooftop pool area is a great place to end the night at.
