The condo area isn’t fully finished yet—they’re still building more towers, and there’s no convenience store inside for now. Walking out of the condo by foot takes a little while, so it’s better if you have a car or use a ride-hailing app. Some amenities aren’t free or aren’t ready yet. For example, the swimming pool costs 150 PHP per person, and the kids’ pool and playground are still under construction.

The apartment has everything you need whether you’re staying for a few days or a longer trip. Appliances are modern, easy to use, and all worked great. Wi-Fi was strong the whole time. The space is on the smaller side, but it worked perfectly for us as a couple with a child. The host was super responsive and helpful, which made the stay hassle-free. Even though the condo is still under construction, it’s quiet and clean. The staff around the condo are also really friendly.

We had a really pleasant stay! The unit had great amenities—everything was clean, comfortable, and well thought out. The owner was super easy to talk to and very responsive, which made the whole experience hassle-free. The location was also a big plus—easy to find and conveniently close to the mall and SLEX. We especially enjoyed the lovely view from the unit. Overall, it was definitely worth the price. Would gladly book again!

This is my 2nd time to stay in this property. Just like the 1st time, it is clean, homey and airy. It has all the things necessary for an enjoyable stay. The landlord is so accommodating - replies to messages instantly. The place is accessible to a mall and major establishments.

Restrictions imposed on visitor. We've chosen the Condo simply because it was closer to our relatives but was disappointed when they were stopped by the guard even they've submitted their identification. Moreover, not convenient to catch transportation.

The unit was cosy and comfortable with reliable internet service, kitchen facilities, and other useful amenities.

The property size is a bit small for 4 adults like us, especially if they are traveling with luggages. .

The property was well equipped. All the necessities were available. Very good for long/ short stay. It's like home away from home. The host was very kind, friendly and generous. The caretaker was very sweet. We enjoyed our two stays over there.

The place is sooo homey and comfortable, ❤️❤️❤️ and the unit was so clean and smells good! They have everything you need to have a really relaxing staycation. I’m 3 months pregnant and the quality of bed is really nice, even the pillows are superb! We even love the small details like plants and the 2nd bed room which has a cute beddings and simple arrangement Host are responsive and kind, I would highly recommend this place and we will definitely come back again ☺️ Bloom residences was not so crowded and we had a very relaxing staycation Thank you☺️🤰❤️

Super recommended! It's very homey and clean. The host was very accomodating, too. The bed is one of the most comfortable bed I've slept on. You'll feel that the host really prioritizes her guests' comfort. I almost didn't want to leave the place because of how comforting it is. :) I can't wait to go back!
