The location was a bit remote from the city center, nice for quiet but more difficult to find nearby restaurants, etc.

We were not allowed to eat inside the rooms. That's the only gripe I have.

Breakfast was great, selection was limited but all the available items we ordered tasted good. Other menu items also were great especially the vegetable viands. They got the best testing Sitaw na adobo and shirmp with gata. Although the rooms didn't have their own refrigerators the rooms were cozy and they have balconies for each room!

Low shower pressure and no hot water....

For the price.... this hotel is excellent value. Only four years old so still quite modern and fresh. It's situated slightly out of the centre, which takes 15 minutes to walk to the Cathedral. The reception staff were excellent, particularly Sarah Jane who was so helpful and friendly. Our room was quite compact but fresh, clean and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was very low and we could only get cold water through it.... lots of comments about this in other reviews. There is a lift if you have heavy luggage or feel lazy..... Breakfast which is included is pre-ordered the night before, is simple but okay. You pay extra for a cup of "good" coffee. We had some lunch there but felt the portion size was small for the price.... In summary, great value, excellent reception staff and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

Almost no hot water in the shower. On the backside of the hotel are living a lot of dogs in the gardens from the houses. The dogs barking a lot and really loud. It starts early in the morning around 6am and goes on during the day till late in the night. So if you think you could sleep out then you are wrong.

Pretty new hotel. With very spacious and clean rooms. With a very comfortable bed end quite airconditioning. Including very basic breakfast but ok to start the day with. Very good wifi in the room. A couple of small good restaurants just around the corner.

- 3 out of 4 showers been cold water - during check in you will receive warning note about extra mandatory payments - eg. if women get period and liner will get dirty a bit will be charged 200 - in my opionion against humans rights as it's completely normal and human nature - should not get women's penalized

The furniture is quite old, everything in the room need a renovation. The room at first look quite clean, but if you want to see thrue the window, the glass is uncleanded for a long time.

Nice clean rooms, working AC, modern and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and warm. The breakfast was pretty good too, and the lift is working well. Good location near the port - all in very comfortable!

The hot shower, we always had a trouble on how to operate the hot shower. It takes a lot of time before we can have a hot shower.

Location is very close to everything. Free breakfast. Easy checkin and checkout. Help us with our laundry to be delivered on time before our flight.

There’s no phone inside the rooms so if meron kang requests, need mo bumaba sa reception.

The place is new and okay naman ang facilities for our group. We stayed sa pang family room nila for 5. WiFi is good and may free breakfast available. Malakas ang aircon and they provided toiletries for all. Medyo malapit lang sa city proper and pwede rin mag tricycle. Very accommodating naman ang mga staff

The overall facilities were great. Only gripes were a very stiff and squeaky door onto the balcony in room 34 and a mattress that was on the firm side, but that's my personal preference for more comfort
