Having to pay 250 php just to drink something other than water for the dinner buffet. What a f€£¥ing joke.

The accommodations were excellent and the view from our room was amazing. All the ladies who work at the resort are beautiful, friendly, knowledgeable and informative.

Smoking area near just outside the lobby. Sometimes the smoke filled the lift.

Beautiful staff, always helpful and polite. A real pleasure to experience their service. The buffet breakfast was quite extensive, catering to all tastes. Great pools and cocktail bar.

This review is hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

Unfortunately due to no elevator access to our original room, we had to move rooms. Whilst we appreciated the staff accomodating this change, the room we were moved to did not match the standard of the room we had booked.

Beautiful resort with everything close by. Loved the private sun beds on the beach. The original room we booked was spacious, very clean and the water pressure in the shower was perfect. Note: not all rooms have elevator access.

Everything! The staff here are exceptional! They are so friendly. There’s a staff name Myla, she was super good. She knows her work really well. Extremely helpful. Fantastic experience. Room, location, swimming pool, everything was just perfect. No regrets coming here.

The hotel restaurant served us an old bread and denying it when it has clearly mold on it and too hard to chew. My 3 year old baby happens to like bread but this was completely unacceptable. It could food poison my son!

Excellent service!!! All the staff from the guards to the front desk and service crew were all great and warm but professional We are blessed that they allowed us to check in early! Kudos to Ms. Ronalyn for her excellent customer service. The location was great and accessible. For me, this is the best Hennan hotel because of its facility. It has bigger space compared with other Hennan’s.

As for the drawbacks, the doors are very old, and you can hear everything happening in the corridor. Also we saw a few cockroaches in the bathroom

The hotel has a very good location, convenient access, right next to a beautiful beach. The hotel territory is beautiful, and there is a wide selection of food available. The staff is helpful. Initially, we were given a room where the WiFi was not working, but after speaking with the staff, we were moved to another room.

The Stuff was super friendly and so helpful! The Food in the Restaurant was great and you could find a lot of different kind of food. We had direct access to the beach. We had a lot of pools and the rooms with direct pool access were big and perfect for a family. I really can recommend a stay there. At station 2 where the hotel is located are a lot of promoters for the activities. But they accept a no and are not to aggressive. They are very friendly.
