. The family room that we had did not meet my expectations of the family suite room , it was not very roomy and the bathroom and vanity sink was too small with no space to put your stuff. I felt that the price range was not up to par with the quality of the family suite room.

We like the location since it was walking distance to the beach. The buffet breakfast every morning was delicious and we appreciate the staff's reminders for last call before the buffet closed. It was nice that one room is separated. The staff were helpful and accommodating.

Haven resort can do a little more with bathroom anemities.

Our only problem was the laundry service. When we asked for them to do our laundry we were not told how much it was, despite multiple staff assisting us, and we just assumed it was priced per Kilo, like everywhere else is Philippine and Asia in general. They charge you per item…socks and all. Our laundry came to 2700php…roughly £40. This is ridiculous. We pushed back on this but they couldn’t flex. Just don’t get your laundry done here, and you’ll have an amazing stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Boracay Haven. The hotel itself is extremely clean with great facilities. The rooms were perfect with a nice big balcony, extremely comfortable bed, and a great bathroom. The pool is great, and the breakfast is brilliant. The hotel itself though is made complete by the staff. They were amazing throughout and greet you with a smile whenever you pass them. They really make the hotel what it is. If I owned a hotel, I would employ them all. Luckily for them, I will never own a hotel.

I just don’t like this staff when we are having a breakfast. He is part of the lgbtq. I think he got irritated when we asked for some boiled eggs. I saw his expression after i asked him. He had a poker face. The girl assigned in the bar as well. She’s not welcoming at all.

It’s room is so good and clean. The hotel is few steps away from the beach. The staffs are friendly (except for two staffs). The pool is nice as well.

It was a bit older, the air conditioning needed a clean. It always smelt damp in my room because of it.

Service was great! Staff are so friendly and lovely. Wonderful location, easy and walkable to most restaurants and bars.

Even tho sand did get in. And in to thr bed and they cleaned our room sand was still in the bed. But that wasn't a complaint

We didn’t like our first room. The room was dark, small and damp. We got the family suite thinking it would have a bigger space but it didn’t not. We had to downgrade and get two rooms. I’m happy that staff accommodated us.

Maybe the air-conditioning on the loft area could be improved since there was an area on that side that was really hot. But then the aircon on the left side of the bed made the temp ok.

The place is near beachfront, just a 3 min walk and you're there. We love the pool bec it's secluded and just the right size and level for young kids. The room is great, we got the loft one. It is very clean and the staff is great. Daily breakfast is good, the spread varies from the 3 days that we availed.

they really need to improve their wifi connection since ive also read from other reviews that this is their downside.mosquitoes in our room which is disappointing even if they sprayed it several times.

location is just a few steps to the beach, alot of restaurants and bars nearby.staffs were approachable, friendly and has good customer service.

Door of cabinet and sliding door going to terrace was difficult to open and close.
