Kevin is an excellent rental host. The room is equivalent to a top hotel but at a cheaper price. Location is close to the action. I couldn't ask for more.

The balcocny/sliding glass door opens to a busy street where the tuktuks were revving their noisy engines all day/night long to go like bats out of hell. The curtains are too thin, so it gets very bright in the room early in the morning. Low water pressure in the shower, and that maybe a building problem. In April of 2025, there are still posted signs and notices in the buildiing/website about COVID prevention, when the rest of the world has long since moved on.

A very nice, spacious clean room. Comfy bed. Convenient location. Fridge, mwave, toaster, kettle, some kitchen tools, a safe, a floor fan, and a/c that works are provided. Very friendly host. Easy check in/out. Building felt properly monitored by the security staff.

I liked everything about the property.

Security: The apartment has 24/7 security. Location: people coming to Angeles have one priority, and that’s to have fun. The apartment is located right next to Walking Street, bars and clubs… which makes it very handy. There are also plenary of restaurants and 7 Eleven close by. Hospitality: Kevin, the apartment owner, is very friendly and approachable. He is very responsive to cater to any requests that I had over the course of my stay (1 month stay).

An attractive and spacious condo in the heart of the Angeles entertainment district, with quality restaurants and vibrant nightlife nearby. The balcony overlooking Santos Street is a highlight. Thank you to host Kevin who welcomed me upon arrival and made sure my entire stay was comfortable.

Kevin the host was fantastic, stayed in contact to make sure I was ok during my visit - and was knowledgeable of the area. Location was great, close to everything. Apartment was spacious and the balcony was nice to relax and watch the action happening on the street. The kitchen was convenient which had a microwave, kettle, toaster. The apartment had its own wifi router and work desk which allowed me to work remotely. The front desk security was good to check guests coming and going. Very happy with my stay and would have no hesitation staying here again.

Everything was great honestly. Comfortable bed, all I needed in the small kitchen, enough hot water, balcony, excellent thick towels. Perfect location for my trip. Convenience store across the road. Tonnes of restaurants and bars all within walking distance. I had great communication with Kevin, the host, and nothing was too much trouble for him. He always checked in to see if I needed anything.

Perfect location and the host Kevin was best host I have had in the 5 years coming to the Philippines. He was very informative which saved time during the 4 day stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Being so close to Walking Street was a big advantage.

Night time outside noise quite load at times but lets face it if you want close to the action and fun its to be expected.

Clean well presented apartment ,has everything you need .Host Kevin very accomodating ,plenty food options all around and very close to the local nightlife. Worth its value.
