The driveway was quite bad and perilous, food wasn’t good, the multicolored led lights doesn’t match with the “luxury branding”.

The staff were amazing, very accommodating and helpful especially the FO team.

The long driveway not paved and bumpy. Needs repairs desperately. Other than that I’d recommend busuanga bay lodge definitely.

Caesar Salad dressing was too heavy. Flavoring of caesar salad from one day to the next was not consistent. Both were good but not the same. These are really minor comments. Overall, food was very good already.

Food quality was great but variety could be improved. Kilawin was excellent! Pizza was also very good. Coffee was outstanding.

The access road to the resort was terrible. The restaurant food was below standard and below our expectations for such a wonderful resort. The bar was very solitary. Being in the pool and around the sun lounges was soulless, there was no vibe, no life.

The maintenance of certain aspects was not good, access door to our room was extremely stiff and hard to open, window in our bathroom did not seem to fit properly and the pool could do with a good clean. The area down by the water could be improved. Considering we stayed just post COVID the property is yet to get back on its feet fully which they have started to do. This is very much constructive feedback and we enjoyed our stay very much so, the staff make the place.

We had the Best and Very Memorable Stay in BBL. The food was great, the ambiance and view was perfect and above all the staff was really accommodating, polite and very helpful especially on what I have requested from them...for the perfect Romantic Surprise Dinner, with all my heart I am so grateful and thank you so much guys everything, most especially to Ms. Nicha! Our total experience was Exceptional and Highly Recommended!
