Beach isn’t that nice, not really for swimming. Food quite expensive but I guess that’s because it’s so remote.

I didn't like the steps to the rooms. I suffer from chronic back pain and it was painful every time I had to go up. They could improve on the toilet downstairs in the reception. Have a chef's today's special so people can choose something different aside from what they have on the menu.

High standard. Clean. Staff are super friendly. Rooms are huge. 2 swimming pools or jump straight into the beach. Food are delicious.

Lots of steps for Villa’s on the upper part of the resort but they were very transparent about this during the booking.

The location was amazing, secluded and can only be accessed by boat. I loved that it is away from the rest of the other resorts but is still accesible, only 10 mins boat ride. Proper hot and cold water and resort facilities. villa was spacious and had all the necessities. Service was exceptional, all the staff were attentive. Reasonably priced accomodations, food and drinks. We enjoyed our meals at the resort restaurant and drinks during happy hour. Enjoyed the introduction to scuba diving. We even had two kids do the course and it was amazing to see my nephew dive for the first time and he is only 10. We will definitely be back.

No road, no access by car, tok tok etc. Only walking on very narrow pathways among local houses close to water. Dangerous- especially night time - no light and bitumen They have also own boat but not free of charge

Great place. very nice, quite. A little away from the fustle and buslte of the white beach. All the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Food was good, the diving instructors were good.

Lots of stairs on the property to get to rooms but not bad at all. Like a little workout each time you go up, especially the highest point which is about 200 stairs. Room we stayed had some damaged cabinets and the shower was rusted and not working properly but more age related stuff.

Location, pool and food were amazing. Rooms were cozy and rooms stayed nice and cool with the AC. Staff were incredible and help you with anything you needed!

Everything! Casalay is a perfect get away from the hussle & bussle of Manila. It is perfectly situated and gves pictureques views. The room is lovely. The bathroom big and water pressure very good. The restaurant serves good food and the staff can make adjustments to your choice. Lovely staff. They are attentive and friendly. A very good stay. Thank you all

We really enjoyed our stay with this resort.It was very accessible from Manila. The complimentary boat ride was a bonus to access the property from Muelle Pier. We stayed at 2 villas and the rooms was clean. We also used their dive facilities which had everything we needed. The food was excellent and had a variety of menus. The staff were very friendly and accomodating to all our needs.

Maybe a zipline (chargable) to go up and down… add the price in room because it will add to fun. But jokes apart the facility is great.

Casalay is a great boutique resort to spend a chill vacation with friends or family. It is very quiet and beautiful. Rooms are nice and spacious, staff are very helpful and kind. I highly recommend this resort.

Please change all the kettles in the room, it has rust all over it. I also hoped that the beach front could have been cleaner.

Everything was excellent, all the staffs were very welcoming the moment you set foot to their beach. They offered us welcome drinks and made sure that our stay was a breeze.

The place is incredible, very secluded and relaxing. The staff was very nice and professional, making an effort to remember each guest and which villa they stay in. The outdoor shower in the villa (with very hot water and great pressure) was amazing. I would definitely go back.

The dive shop could be improved (although is not from the hotel actually) but will advise to ensure they give as good service in the dive shop like in the resort.

Fantastic resort. The villas are beautiful and well taken care of, and the garden, vegetation and the pool are amazing. Very easy communication and coordination since we were a big group. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, and very efficient. They accommodated all our requests and were always thinking in advance. This has never happened to us in other resorts, so congratulations for such a great team.

The clear glasses on the ground floor of our villa perhaps should be frosted or covered with blinds. People could see us going down the stairs or coming out of the bathroom. The glass in the shower could also be frosted from floor to ceiling. We could see the balcony of the villa above us while in the shower.

The place is perfect for relaxation, away from everything. My family truly enjoyed the peace and privacy of the place. We did not leave the resort at all. I especially enjoyed diving with them. Professional DMs, well-maintained gears, and they pay attention to what the divers prefer so they brought me to dive sites with gorgeous reefs! And maybe this is just me, but I also liked the natural alarm clock of a gecko's sound in our villa. 🤭 We really enjoyed our time, thanks to the very friendly and caring staff. We'll be back!

Warm shower did not work but we didnt really mind since we are used to cold showers but maybe for other tourists that maybe important.

The staff were very accommodating, polite honest and understanding. All of our requests were handled accordingly. The resort is intimate, if you are looking for some quiet getaway this is the place to visit. They have a great selection of food at the restaurant, local en western cuisine. Overall great vacation.

We had to pay for the boat. We wish all both trio would be complementary. It is a minor negative but wish the resort would consider offering it in the future. We had couple issue with our room but was dealt right away.

Service was amazing from the reception party to any requests we made. They were a few things that required staff attention. Issues were taking care of right away. The diving staff were incredible. If given the opportunity, we will return. We wish we stay longer. We appreciated the fact that we were away from the main busy area.

The beach is full of plants and is not inviting for swimming. The wooden surface by the pool is rotten and poses a danger to anyone who steps on it. Breakfast is not buffet style but limited to a choice from a menu. Drinks are limited to regular coffee only. Anything beyond that is an additional charge. I would expect a boutique hotel located in a secluded location to pamper its guests with a greater variety of dining, entertainment, and attraction options. The hotel does not provide free shuttle (boat) services from the hotel to the beach, but only upon arrival and departure. Such service during your stay is subject to a fee, which gives the feeling that you are completely at the mercy of the hotel in all matters related to food and activities

The location and design create an atmosphere of true freedom. The villas are comfortable and have spacious rooms with a separation between the parents' floor and the children's floor.
