Had a bad ant problem, I did tell them about it and they did say it has happened before and they would do something about it.

The room was clean when I arrived. The AC is good. It also has a ref so no problem to store your food. The bathroom is spacious! I love it! And the owner retirned my lost item so it is 💯 for me! Will definitely book this again for staycation.

Very good support from owner through messages on booking app. You get everything you need to cook, there is hot shower. Location is nearby centrum - is easy to access malls like Abreeza. Good value for money!

Free parking is available but very hard to get, so you need to pay a daily charge if you cannot get a free parking space.

The room was very nice, the cooking facilities were good and the apartment was a good standard. It has a smart tv with netflix and youtube, a balcony, kitchen area, and bathroom. Room service was also very good and available when needed! The location is also very good and close to lots of amenities. I would highly recommend this apartment to others.

Wouldn't worry about security, the place is secured. What i like about the place is that its home-y. I never felt like i was away from my home for a bit. Complete with promised amenities, frying pan to body scrubs :) (could use some scissors next time btw hehe). Will definitely come back for my next stay in Davao! Thank you very much!

I like the security of complex, Netflix, it’s location to the mall and all the well known local shops, like 7Eleven, most of all a BDO bank with ATM, good for tourists. The owners are very accommodating and helpful at all times. Excellent value for money and would stay again.

The matress was bad, we literally felt the hard springs when we lay in bed. We had a very uncomfortable sleep because of it. Please do something about the matress. The comfort room wasn't that clean when we arrived, there were human hairs scattered around. The dishwashing liquid wasn't enough to last until the next day. They provided us one sachet of joy that is only 50% full, and the sponge needs to be disposed already because of its condition, overused and dirty. We weren't able to wash the dishes properly because we had to use detergent to wash the dishes, and it's not effective against "sebo". The dish storage wasn't clean too. You've got branded plates, please provide enough dishwashing liquid and a brandew sponge for hygiene purposes, and so that guests can wash your beautiful dishes before leaving your place. But overall we enjoyed our stay. I hope these criticisms will make your place better in the future. We will definitely come again, thank you.

The location is good, free wifi, big dining table, free Netflix, cold aircondition, swimming pool is big, and the room is spacious enough for two people.
