There are not enough sun beds around the pool and they are not very confortable. They don't provide umbrellas to stay in the shade which is terrible considering the hot temperatures. Breakfast buffet ends too early, at 9am.

The room is spacious with pool view and beds are very confortable. the bathroom is big and clean, good water pressure. It was clean and AC works perfectly. It's not on the main streets so calmer.

- The disruption caused by the backup electric generator during the hotel power outages was extremely annoying, loud and going for hours at night. It was the opposite of a relaxing experience. The generator was on 3 out of the 6 nights we stayed in the hotel. Urgent measures are required to fix their electric system. - Breakfast could be better…basic, super oily or super sweet.

Satisfactory breakfast but could have been much better with a bigger variety of fruit and ham or bacon. Breakfast menu mainly caters for Filipinos. Menu for lunch and dinner not too bad. Need a bigger variety of white wine.

Comfortable and very well appointed room. Very clean and very friendly staff. The swimming pool is exceptionally good and especially for young children with separate adjoining shallow pools. Well maintained garden. Arranged a private Banka for Island hopping.

There were somehow too few places to sit around the pool, especially in the shade. Also, that was the first hotel where we couldn't charge the meals and drinks to the room, we had to pay everything right away, which was somehow inconvenient.

Room service cannot be charged to room and needs to be paid immediately. When we joined a group tour the hotel did not gave us beach towels while other participants from other hotels were given by their hotels.

The 2nd tour was a bit disappointing. The mask and snorkels were not functioning well, water goes in the mask, and our tour was supposed to be reefs and wrecks. We had to use our goggles. Food preferences/restrictions were not followed and we had to insist on it.

The hotel is clean, well apportioned, staff were attentive and courteous.

The staff were professional and helpful. They arranged efficiently our tours and airport transfers. Breakfast spread was good. Despite the frequent brownouts, the hotel has sufficient power supply that airconditioning was not affected. You can expect to warm shower after a tiring day and sleep comfortably. We had relaxing stay at the hotel
