I booked a Family room of 4 and if the room comes with free breakfast, I would expect the four of us will have breakfast. Imagine my surprise when the staff told me at CHECKOUT that the complimentary breakfast is only for two pax. Communication would have been better. Water pressure is weak. Room lock is flimsy. Be prepared to wait up to 40mins for their breakfast sets of you have 4. And they start at 7am. Deposit fee of 2000php is required.

The drainage in the shower was very poor meaning the floor was constantly wet which made it very slippery

This place is amazing the aesthetic and interior are very modern it feels like staying in Bali. The Staff are very accommodating they even offer us options just to make our trip more smooth they also have scooter rentals which is very convenient. This makes our Bohol trip incomparable.

This place is good but there is a lot of potential for it to be great. There are just some details missing. The bar area look nice but the bar itself is uninviting and there is no staff, most of the food is unavailable. The shower situation is not great and the power went out briefly for a few times. This is not to say don’t stay here but if they can fix some details it has more potential and then to value for money would be more acceptable.

Great hotel and I would recommend it. Room is nice and spacious, the room on lower ground has direct access to the pool.

They serve the best included breakfast so far on our trip, we fall in love with the icy coconut coffee. Beds are confortable, staff are friendly and ready to help.

Small food selection on breakfast. Asked three times for face towels but never obtained them. No TV in the room. Pool was lacking water. It was replenished for three days straight but never got filled up completely.

I wish they had body lotion in the bathrooms as well as shampoo, gel, and conditioner.

The hotel was in a convenient location, a quiet place but only 10 minutes away from the airport and Alona Beach. The room was very large and had all the necessary amenities. The pool was also very nice.

The misleading picture which suggested that the hotel has diving center was not helpful. The prices for scuba diving/snorkeling or scooter rent was 30%more expensive then in town. When I questioned charge for the scooter, the next day lady from reception arranged the scotter at the same price as it was in town.

There a lot to be improved such as, cleanliness of the pool and towels and beddings. Also, the breakfast serving should be improved as well. The pitcher has rust and there are ants in the water pitcher and bread. The milk for the cereal is sour, hence I asked for a newly opened one. Food handling is not so great, the milk and juice packs are served room temp.

The location is good unlike in Alona that is very crowded. You can rent a motorbike from them as well if you want to go to Alona beach.

I actually lived here with my sister before, and the breakfast was the best because it was more than enough for us! So, I recommended this place to my friends. However, the amount of breakfast was very different from what we used to have. It was less than before. My friends were surprised for this amount of breakfast 🥲

On the downside, the towels were always stained, even when replaced, and sometimes we were left with only one towel for two people. Additionally, water was not replenished in the room daily. There were ants near the window in the room, and they even got into our luggage. The bathroom was poorly designed, with the toilet in the same space as the shower. The clothes rack in the shower was broken, the sink was stained and rusty, and the smell from the shower when turning on the water was terrible. The breakfast was extremely limited, with a maximum of six options. Throughout our week-long stay, we could only eat toast with butter and occasionally eggs, or we had to pay for breakfast elsewhere. No frigerator, no tv, no safe deposit in the room !

This is a quiet hotel, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, with friendly and accommodating staff!

There was no room cleaning so our room wasn’t cleaned for the full 6 days (with no fresh towels etc) Breakfast was quite basic and we occasionally had soured milk.

Peaceful resort away from the congestion of Alona,great value with included buffet breakfast,fantastic pool access room, modern with comfortable bed, excellent bathroom,cool quiet aircon, nice seating area next to pool,staff friendly and helpful,sari store across the road for anything you wanted,South Farm entrance also across the road to visit, resort 5 minutes to Bohol bee farm and spectacular Dumaluan beach with access via Oceanica resort entrance.

The hotel has a deposit of 2000 pesos, although I didn't pay for it,because I didn't notice the policy, Wi-Fi is sometimes cannot be connected,the swimming pool and the room are only separated by a glass door, you have to endure the noise and interference from swimmers, location is not close to the beach, and walking is not a good option,you can ask staff to rent one motorcycle.

The staff are very kind and friendly, the hotel facilities are stylish and considerate, and the breakfast is also good.

I had an amazing stay at Diving Addiction Resort! I initially thought the place would be average based on the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. The improvements mentioned in the comment section are clearly evident from the cleaned rooms to the well maintained pool and breakfast, everything exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing and peaceful, making it the perfect escape. So far, everything has been great. Keep up the excellent work!
