You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The room was large, there was a night light, a small closet, a daylight window (with a view of a wall), a private clean bathroom, two towels, soap, a TV, a kiosk right outside the door.

AustraliaWould be nice to have a fridge to store food safely away from the ant infestation. Would also be great if the ONE elevator wasn't intermittently under repair, or the room got cleaned even once. I was there for eight days, had to contact reception three times for replacement towels, toilet tissue, and shampoo. They don't lift a finger while you're there unless asked. Power outages are frequent in the building, which means aircon turns off as well (aircon also very loud!). On top of this the wifi was atrocious, dropping far too often. I'm told it's not the safest neighborhood either. The laundromat across the road charged me tourist rates, claiming it takes 2-3 days if I choose the regular rate (a blatant lie). This reflects the type of area you'll be staying in if you book Dragon Home Inn. Footpaths on that street are patchy at best, with roaches everywhere. You'll need to take Grab everywhere you go because nothing's in walking distance. You will be woken up at 5am every morning by dogs barking, car horns honking, and people shouting. One day somebody was slamming doors for hours inside the hotel when I went to sleep, and when I woke up it resumed. Makes no sense to me either. I came to Cebu partly to play Table Tennis, which is why I was referred to the Dragon Home Inn. They have a two-storey floor with professional setup for Table Tennis and Badminton. The day I checked in I was told it's for private functions only.
I liked having table tennis tables in the hotel, not that I was able to use them.
