There was no pressure coming out of the showers on the days that it had rained which made it hard to take a shower.

It is a gorgeous place with magnificent views! We got a little upgrade of the room and had a super nice host who took care of us, provided us with lots of information and made great breakfasts!! It is away from the hustle but still super reachable. We were able to rent a scooter everyday from the place. The owner was also very friendly, made us feel at home and arranged transportation for us to the airport. It's a special experience to sleep at this forest Camp - you feel way more connected to nature. Showers were perfect when it didn't rain.

Shower rooms & toilets are a bit far from the camp (Accomodatation) area but everything else was perfect!

The check-in staff truly made me feel at home during my stay. Their exceptional hospitality was on another level—thank you so much! If I had the chance, I would have stayed even longer.

Good hidden place. The view is nice from the room. Don't expect a lot of things in the room as it is a camping style set up. Just bed and a fan. Facility is very clean, toilet and shower are always clean. A bit of hike to the rooms, but we got used to it. 😅

I mean the view alone makes everything worth it. The Host was so lovely and accommodating, he made us feel very welcome and had a lot of recommendations for us to go and explore. However, the fan in our room was lacking we did run very hot throughout the night, but otherwise a flawless stay.

There's nothing I didn't like

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is wonderful, you feel like you're truly in the middle of the forest with El nido town just a very short walk away. You can escape the noise and just hear the sounds of nature. The view was incredible. I loved the simplicity of the facilities and huts, providing a more authentic experience. I slept very well and found the hut very cosy. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone. The staff were so kind and friendly and I'm so glad I chose this accommodation. It's perfect for people who are looking for adventure :)

I would say that you have to like this kind of experience, it is not a place to stay if you are looking for something confortable. The showers are not super clean (even if they are not dirty either) because the place is in the middle of nature, the room lacks furniture and we had some water leaks during a rainy night (but we changed rooms the day after). Be prepared to find more or less big geckos in your rooms and showers as well as other animals.

The view is truly amazing. Having your breakfast over the El Nido bay is really enjoyable. You can also watch the sunset from the rooftop. The huts are also nice and clean. The man in charge of the place was also very nice to us, thank you to him for helping us and for being that kind ! We also knew that there were a lot of stairs so we were not that bothered. Also, since the place is not right in the middle of the town, it was peaceful and silent, which was much appreciated.

The steps but that can be managed. If you can, leave your case at reception, just taking what you need. Take full advantage of the pick up service from the airport because most trikes don’t go up the lane.

The remote location and the views. The simplistic nature was brilliant and lying there at night listening to nature was wonderful. It’s a short walk to the town square and the cafes/bars are brilliant.

This hotel has the best view over El Nido! The sunset from the beautiful terrace are absolutely amazing. Forest Camp is nestled on a hill in Sitio Caalan. It is quiet and peaceful there. Di, the manager of the stay is doing an excellent job, he is very acommodating and friendly. The forest cottage is spacious, clean and comfy. Can highly recommend this stay! :-)

On a very hot day carrying our bags up to the huts was not so nice, and actually very exhausting. The nets on the beds were difficult to get into and popped of during the night so be careful.

The views and sunsets were amazing, staff were so friendly and helpful. The setting for the camp was beautiful. The town was only a 5-10 min walk .
