Easy check in and check out. Very convenient if you're going to a concert at Philippine Arena as it was very close. They had numbers of tricycle drivers for drop off and pickup. I also enjoyed the honesty store. The room was enough for 1 and very clean. Internet was fast. Couldn't get youtube or any apps on TV to work though. They could've checked for me but I didn't mind. Enjoyed my stay. Will definitely book again!

The room had a really strong chemical smell when i arrived which was a bit annoying and i couldnt open the window(it might be my fault that i couldnt open it though). the netflix on the tv didnt work.

Really easy to find it, the host was really nice, the room was comfy, they even gave us a dental kits and a lot of clean towels. Theres an ATM nearby which was really helpfull for me. Theres a bunch of restaurants close to the place so if you dont like to order you still have a lot of options to choose from. The area is not noisy, but you can still find a lot of way to commute if you walk like 40 meters.

We were going to watch the concert in Philippine Arena, we didn't want the trouble for parking and leaving so we checked in here. It is very convenient. You can ride tricycle from here to the arena. They have an honesty store inside, so you can buy snack and drink, no need to go out. And they provide water refill also.

There is an initial smell from the sink when you first come in.

Proximity to Philippine Arena. Rooms and towels were exceptionay clean! The owner is very accommodating and very keen to help out (giving directions, allowing early check-in). Ample free parking. They provide disposable slippers aside from toiletries (very uncommon for small properties here in the Philippines so we really appreciated the gesture)

Everything was great! Very clean room, pillows were fluffy, towels were soft and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was clean and complete with bathroom tissue, toothbrush and hand-soap. We had a very good night sleep!

Just a minor kitchen space for cooking. There are a lot of restaurants and other places for food near the area.

The place has a wide area of space for parking. The rooms are clean and fragrant. The shower is hot and cold. You have keys going in and out of the Apartelle which makes it safe for the guests. However, if you're a big family or even so, there is no kitchen for cooking. Nonetheless, there is an honesty store inside which has a variety of snacks, noodles, canned drinks, bottled water and coffee. There's a hot and cold water dispenser. You may also opt for grab food delivery. Overall, we had a great stay for 2 nights, very near the Arena which is a good deal when you go to a concert! The owners are really nice. They answer queries asap. I recommend it for business and leisure stays. We will be back again, once there's a good concert to watch.

I didn't know from Booking.com that this was a BNB. We received a message while we were in the plane on the way to Manila about the limited time for check-in. There really isn't a staff on the premises. The place is hard to find.

It was relatively clean and comfortable. We arrived in Manila late in the evening and luckily there was someone there to let us in. They have a good variety of food items available to buy from the pantry.
