I booked 2 beds in a room, I got 1 huge bed. Furniture is old and peeling off. Towels are old but clean. Toiletries are minimal supplies. Breakfast has limited choices.

Convenience of the location to malls, restaurants, public transportation. The bed is comfortable.

The check-in process is a mess! 2-3 of bookings have some problems that show up during the check in. Last time it was that instead of 7 superior and 1 standard rooms there were 7 standard and 1 superior. They confused it and told me it was not their fault. My booking was clear black on white in my app and they confused it told me that their system is showing the opposite. Somebody messed it up when putting the order from booking.com to their system. And they still charged us the same. The check in before was a mess that in 7 rooms booking when we arrived at 6pm they still didn't have 3 of our rooms ready!!! After 20 minutes of waiting they gave us the last 3 rooms and they were all mess!!! This place has serious problems with organization. Things lasting too long at the reception and as the stuff changing the shift they are not informed about what's up and importand ongoing things from their colegues so if there's some matter you're waiting for to be solved, be sure you can explain it whole again and start from a scratch. So far this is how it can be when it comes to group bookings. Lately it's a problem and the hotel should take steps in order to improve their system. It's a big hotel but it seems that a lot of processes are randomly driven by human factor mistakes.

I keep coming to the place frequently and I will keep comming. This time I want point at something I definitly dislike about the place and hotel should work on this aspect ASAP!

The facilities are quite old especially the AC. Its tooooooo loud 😭

Its location. Its near to the airport (15mins) depends on the busy hours and value for money. Good place if you're looking for a place to stay when you have long hours layover.

The air-conditioning was already loud but the outside can be heard strongly. The whole night we just heard barking of the dogs. It is a very old hotel and it is too evident.

It is near the airport. They have very friendly staff. We were able to check in earlier as the rooms were ready. Parking is also available Very good price. Breakfast was more filipino but was okay.

Our room was very far. Feels like you did marathon before reaching the room. So creepy that there is a passage which is think it’s the machine room. AC is not cold. Room is not sound proof. You can hear people from the other room and all the noose outside from the street. Hot water is not hot so don’t take a bath in the morning.
