We didn't notice that there was no air conditioning, only a fan blowing all the time, which was unpleasant, noisy, and didn't cool the room enough. Sometimes in the morning we could hear our neighbors' roosters crowing, which disturbed our sleep.

I would describe it as a very authentic place that is all about nature, not urban civilisation. Very cosy and beautiful surroundings, a fun, warm, shallow pool. Lots of hammocks and sun loungers, so you can choose where you want to relax. Quiet and peaceful. The nature around the hotel is amazing. We booked a taxi to the airport. There is a restaurant where you can enjoy a delicious meal or a drink. There is a terrace next to the room where you can enjoy your evenings. It's not far to the city, but we traveled by tuk-tuk. We were greeted with a welcome drink, which was nice

The hotel have WIFI but in our room, wifi is not availble you need to go out.

The room is big and comfortable. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The location is just few minutes in the center, which is good.

Having to walk up the stairs to get to our room. The pool was under repair (could'nt use it) during our stay. No Refrigerator/microwave or coffee maker in the room. The toilet cover wont stay open, to use commode, one has to hold on to the cover/lid while trying to sit & use it, VERY ANNOYING, POORLY constructed.

Quirky and fun resort. Our kids loved it. Great pool and courtyard area. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Easy to hail tuk tuks at the entrance.

There was a small issue with the bugs at night, which they tried solving. Also the WiFi was out of reach for my room

There’s no wifi inside the rooms but connection is pretty good in the common areas.

I love how welcoming and helpful the staff were. We were allowed to check in early and check out late without having to pay extra fees.

The Property is a little outside the main “downtown” area. About a half mile and a Trike will cost between 50 -100 PHP depending on the driver. The property has lots of plants and green space and a large pool. They also have lots of hammocks and seating areas spread around for you to enjoy. There is a restaurant on site but we did not eat there. They were able to arrange a shared van to the airport and it was the same price as everywhere else (250PHP per person). We stayed in a small bungalow and the AC was cold, the bed was ok, a little hard but not bad. Room also had a fan which was nice. Room was clean and so were sheets. A lot of younger backpackers stayed here but there weren’t noisy. Loved that it wasn’t a wet bath even though it was a small bathroom.

some of the towels seemed to be deteriorating/ permanent stains. not very soundproof bungalows, the hot tub button gave me an electric shock lol

Staff happily waited until 1.30am as our flight was cancelled, communication with Fabregas during this stressful time was excellent. Room was very clean and tidy, fridge, air con, excellent location, excellent wifi. We found Fabregas to be excellent value.
