Breakfast is very limited. Breakfast should include a wide variety of european/american dishes given that most guests are not Filipino. 10 min walk to El Nido town.

Spectacular pool view. Staff were helpful.

The room smelled musty. This is most likely because the air conditioning gets turned on when you enter and then off when you leave the room. When the air conditioning unit gets turned on the smell goes away. I don't think there is much the place can do about the smell.

Friendly staff, good breakfast and clean room.

Don't have much I didn't like. Maybe a few touch ups to small details in the room amenities, especially in the bathroom (the craftsmanship of the fixtures can be better).

Overall, a great stay. My favorite part of the stay is the food. I loved their buffet breakfast options. My friends and I would get some grub, and sit outside, chat, eat, and people watch below every morning for breakfast. Outside breakfast, the other food provided by the restaurant was pretty freaking good. A bit pricier than that most of the other restaurants in town, but definitely worth it. They have traditional Filipino dishes (e.g., crispy pata, kare kare, etc.), which was surprisingly actually a little hard to find in the downtown area. Totally recommend their pork sisig and crispy pata!

The standard rooms have a strange layout with the toilet and shower doors opening next to the beds. It’s hard to use the facilities without disturbing your partner. All other rooms seemed to have the normal hotel configuration

The property is located at the top of the Main Street in El Nido, about a 10 min walk end to end. All staff were very pleasant to deal with. The breakfast is ok given it is not a large hotel. The hotel is reasonably new so everything is clean and fresh. I really enjoyed the freshly made sushi from the restaurant. The rooms seemed well insulated from outside noise.

I had a few issues: - Staff has not recorded payment for travel arrangements and as such, I was again charged at check-out. Admittedly, I should have requested receipt at time of payment for proof. Lesson learnt. - I had requested, on more than one occasion, to have the room cleaned as it had not been done during the day. Not sure if hotel policy whether to only clean rooms at check-out and/or guest request.

Modern well spaced facilities with the traditional friendly Filipino hospitality. Located a walk’s away from the town proper, meaning everything within El Nido town proper was accessible. Located at a junction, it was no issue trying to find transportation options. Special shout out to ma’am Karen at the daily breakfast, her hospitality was 10/10. Great service with a very welcoming smile.

Through no fault of the individual staff, there is a pressing need to employ properly trained kitchen cooking staff. Because the food tastes like it ALL been prepared earlier, frozen and reheated before serving. The dining room staff need to radically change the way breakfast is presented and served. Heating should be in properly covered Bain Marie’s, of a size that doesn’t require staff to constantly replenish the food on offer, not on open hot plates exposed to insects. While the vast majority of the guests are western, I would suggest that a wider selection of western food types be made available which is both familiar and comforting to its guests.

Generally to a western standard. Staff are the jewel in this crown. Helpful, happy, polite, courteous couldn’t ask for more.

the shower and toilet are separated, but the doors are made from glass, you hear everything in the room, and we noticed for several times a bad smell coming from the bathroom (probably from the ventilation); small pool, but with a nice view

    - large room, comfy bed; - nice staff, good position, close to the harbor and city center - good breakfast

The location is on a busy unattractive road. Don't expect to get a quiet resort like feeling in this hotel. Staff could be a bit more helpful with suggestions for nice restaurants and things to do.

Nice modern hotel close to El Nido town. Good and clean room and bathroom. Breakfast buffet is one of the best I have experienced during my trip. Hotel has a plunge pool on the roof top with nice view and a small cocktail bar. Although on a busy street, the rooms are quiet. Centre of El Nido is walking distance.

Bathroom was a problem. Hot water was patchy, toilet didn't flush half the time. Doors to toilet were glass and right next to the bed so would be tough if your not an open couple!

Location was a good walking distance to the main part of el Nido, but still on a busy road. Therefore all you can hear from the pool is the traffic. Nice views of the limestone cliffs and partial views of el Nido. Buffet breakfast is excellent and changes each day. Includes local foods so a great chance to try something different and also has an egg station. Staff are friendly and able to book tours etc. However, a little difficult to communicate with. Good tv channels, room was comfortable and cleaned well daily. Great air con.

The hotel is still under construction. Did not bother us too much, but some areas are not accessible. The room was nice, but small things need to be taken into consideration: some hooks will be needed in the bathroom. There is no place to hang the towels. The bathroom is quite small, but ok for one person to fit in. When you arrive in the room the bkinds are obstructing the view. This is just because for the superior rooms the view is on the back of the hotel. And there is no view, just the house and yard of some locals that are staying in very poor conditions.

The hotel is new and can be somewhere in the range of 3 stars. The people are great: from reception desk ladies to the ones that are serving at the breakfast. Room was cleaned. Breakfast was having some good food. It is quite close to the centre, 5-7 minutes walking.
