Noisy neighbors on the 16th floor. There was some kind of post wedding get together or something.

Everyone was very attentive and helpful. The location is central to where we wanted to go. The security of the hotel was very good, we felt safe at all times. The buffet breakfast was sumptuous and had a good a variety for all taste!

I prefer to take the smoking rooms as they have a balcony. These rooms are comfortable, clean and -as said- with a balcony. Always a nice stay there!

The buffet got a bit samey after a few days, we would have liked to see different options.

I recommend upgrading their tv into a smart tv with option for Netflix and other streaming platforms. Also upgrade the coffee set up into a coffee pod since this is a relatively high-end hotel.

The staff are very accommodating. The hotel is well maintained. They have 2 pools on 2 separate locations. The smaller one is nice if you prefer less people. The bigger one gets crowded very fast.

the room has 2 queen beds which is actually good for 4 people but only indicated good for 2 people and requires to pay extra for the additional 2 people without needing additional bed.

My first night in the property, I found out that the toilets were not being cleaned properly, so I called the attention of the housekeeping to clean them thoroughly. But everything is all good.

The property is good, one of the best places to stay in Timog. It is accessible to many different places, such as good restaurants.

Staff at the pool bar/restaurant needs to be more attentive when guests arrive. After sitting at a table, always waited 5 minutes or more to be recognized. Even had to call for the waiter a couple of times.

The Luxent is the best hotel in Quezon City. Should be a 5 star. Cleanliness, staff, food ... every thing is exceptional.

Can hear the noise from other guests outside the room or from next door so got woken up by those noise. The CR blinds on our room does not go fully down.

Location is great and the room is not that expensive.
