Great host, really helpful and responsive. In a close proximity to a well maintained and quiet beach with white sand. Had a lovely time staying in this property.

    Better waterpressure in the shower.

No breakfast included but we had our own kitchen, well equipped. Lots of space. We rented a motorbike so the location wasn’t a problem. Very close to 7-eleven. The house seemed to be newly built, very nice.

Access to the place is quite challenging, as you will need to rely on a tuk-tuk to travel to the city center. Renting a car helped us to save some money to go anywhere we needed (laundry, grocery, tourist spots, etc.). The inner road access to the place was undeveloped (not asphalt or cemented) at the time we stayed, but it was accessible to a small car. Renting a motorcycle is a much better option. There is a stand fan that the family used while staying in the living room. An AC will be much better for the guests' comfort. ACs from both rooms should be maintained and cleaned to ensure their effectiveness in cooling the room.

The location is nice. Although it is a bit far from the city, the area is peaceful and quiet, making the family feel relaxed and safe. Exclude the neighbors enjoying their videoke at night, but they know when it is the right time to stop. Only two properties are available for rent so that another guest might surprise you in the morning.

The host was great, I would not rent this stay again.

The unit was a duplex located down a dirt path surrounded by tin roof huts. All the people we talked with were very friendly. Many of the neighbores burned their garbage so that smell was in the air everyday & night. The ants were everywhere in the unit, the microwave was on top of the fridge so we had to move it to the dinning table to plug it in. There was no air con in the living room so that area was hot. The chickens crowed all the time so sleeping was a challenge.

No breakfast? The unit was newer, the air con in the bedrooms worked well. The host was very good and easy to contact at all times.Accross the street from a great hotel, strip mall and beach.
