I just did not like the rooms that are located on the 2nd floor. Their stairs are steep which is not good for older people and kids to stay, harder to go up and down.

The location is very good near the Alona beach and very accessible to all shops. The hotel staff are so friendly and are doing their best to make the guests feel happy and comfortable. Their Breakfast is superb with a lot of choices. Enough bread and fruits. The pool is great with 5ft deep.

Beware of very loud music (live music) until 2am at a neighboring business, Max Cow! Our room was on the wall facing this direction, and it was impossible to sleep. Our room also had one window facing a brick wall a foot or two away. Our bathroom was invaded by many ants through a crack in the ceiling (attacking our toothpaste at night)... this is not a huge deal, but still a bit gross.

The location was convenient, a walkable distance from many restaurants, coffee shops, souvenir shops, Alona Beach. The pool was comfortable and well maintained.

A good, varied breakfast was served each morning but most of the “hot” dishes were cold as there was no way of maintaining the temperature. The shower head (room M) needs replacing, as does the toilet seat fixing.

The breakfast set up . It would have been nice if the food was in a chapping dish to stay warm rather in an open tray . All the display is open and it can contaminate the food . Internet is so slow , I couldn’t watch the tv as the WiFi is super slow . No side lamps in the side table , I had to open the bathroom door to have a dim light. That was just a suggestion.

The location is super convenient to most restaurants and beach . My family loves it as it’s their first time traveling and some of their rooms had a huge space and balcony .

The rooms can be a little noisy at night or early mornings from either music at local venues, or from other guests. The main communal area is right in the centre of all the rooms and loud voices really echoes around the buildings.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach and shops. The staff on the front desk were always ready to help, and with the front desk being staffed 24 hours, we felt extremely safe. Housekeeping did a fantastic job of keeping the room tidy, with fresh linen and towels daily. Breakfast, which is included daily is basic but for the price of the room, is good for a quick bite to eat before leaving for the day. A nice selection of Asian and Western foods

On our last day, we had to transfer to a smaller room due to availability of the family room. The room has king bed and single bed - can fit 4 pax basically. But according to them the room is good for 3 pax only. They did not provide extra bed yet they charged us for additional head. I also lost my earpods after the room was cleaned by the staff. :(

It’s very spacious and generally clean. I like it’s location - just at the middle of the Alona road. Close to beach and to the main road. The free breakfast is also ok. Di tinipid.

I don't know why in the reviews the location of this hotel is so highly ranked - it was terrible. Very loud till late at night and when you walk out of the hotel you're in a middle of a crowded street with a lot of traffic.

The staff are helpful but could've been more friendly. The wifi connection is not the best so I used my mobile data majority of the time, but internet was a bit slow in the area. For the price, I expected that the bathroom is well kept, but the shower head is not working properly.

The location is amazing, close to the beach and town proper of Panglao. It's easy to go around.
