Menu could be improved with a wider selection of smaller and simpler options. Having dogs in the restaurant wax a bit of a surprise at a quality venue.

Breakfast was very good- wide selection. Staff were outstanding at all times. Only one evening during our stay when things did not go well and that was obviously down to management. Staff always polite, thoughtful and keen to please.

The beach at Nacpan Beach Resort is absolutely breathtaking—soft sand, clear water, and unforgettable sunsets. Our room was spacious, with a large bathroom and a balcony that opened up to a stunning ocean view. The service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The staff really made us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. Breakfast was another highlight—we enjoyed it while looking out over the beach and the waves. It felt like the perfect start to each day. This is what life should feel like. Truly one of the best stays I’ve ever had. Highly recommended!

Nacpan Beach Resort was everything I hoped for and more! The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the beach, and the sunset views are absolutely stunning. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. The pool is beautiful and well-maintained, and I also tried the massage service, which was incredibly relaxing after a long day under the sun. The staff were all very kind and helpful, always making sure we were comfortable. Highly recommended if you want to stay right on Nacpan Beach and enjoy a peaceful, beautiful environment!

not the resort itself - but distance could be hard for adventurous groups! We did tours so this wasn’t a problem for a few days and one day in the resort is amazing

We loved staying at Nacpan Beach resort. The staff is very friendly and helpful from attending to our general needs, spa, dining and all other needs. The receptoon desk ladies were very nice and helpful shoutout to Mikai, Hanna and Lou!! they were very helpful and welcoming. Also Aira and Lee-an from the restaurant. Good people! Our highlight in the stay is the food and the spa! they make very good Filipino dishes, and if you aren’t hungry their pizza is made from a wood fired oven. For the spa, we prefer using the resort’s as its equipped with AC. We stayed beachfront, its not hard to find a spot. Sunset view by the beach is unbeatable. Nacpan is the best place. I wish we had more time but will be back! - this place is highly recommended for families

Nothing to complain about

The staff are fantastic, Mikay, Vincent, Rose and Hana took great care of us and made sure every request was taken care of. They made us feel very welcome. The place is also very clean and we'll laid out. The turtle release was an absolutely amazing once in a lifetime thing.

The bed has a frame and is low and is a trip hazard.

The location is beachfront and the sunset view is stunning. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, two pillows are provided for each guest and are comfy; the welcoming drinks and necklace and complimentary fruits and drinks are very nice!

I wish they would have stevia in the dining area & room. The stray dogs really put me off, i have a doodle & a promeranian back home so u can't say i hate dogs. But the ones in the hotel are stray dogs w/ rabies & a pack of them barked at us when we went out to the beach in the evening so we opted to return inside the hotel.

There were some wifi problems in the 3rd floor we stayed. They fixed it after about 30min. The resurarnt food is mediocre.

The room is amazing, it's large, beautiful design and comfortable. The resort itself is quite simple, one pool (pretty small) with not too many chairs around. There's is only one restaurant and the food is mediocare, they also have a pizza oven which is good. The beach area is very nice. It's a very simple resort, and I can say that the room is the highlight of it. For us, we expected some higher end facilities in the hotel.

Access to the property is a bit of a nightmare. There’s no signage and the dirt road really needs to be fixed. It’s a nightmare as we didn’t know where we were.

Staff were very helpful and friendly especially Joemar at reception and Lee Ann in the restaurant. Great location as it’s away from the hustle, bustle and loudness of El Nido town. And it was on one of the Philippine’s best beaches!
