We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

No guard on duty, only staff and no uniforms or ID's to identify them. Safety of clients was very at risk. I hope they will do better...Thank you.

PhilippinesYou must bring your own toiletries, slippers, and water (which you can buy at 7/11 across the street). There's no spoon provided. There are few cockroaches in the bathroom. Can't open the television and no phone in the room, you need to go down to the reception to ask for help or something. They must check the cabinet because I found used socks in it.
The staff is very accommodating and helpful. The room is spacious and suitable for family or small groups. Great deal if you're looking for an affordable place to stay in Kapitolyo. There are some fast-food chains nearby and a 7/11 store across the street. The room has an electric kettle and 2 cups. The bed is clean and smells good.
