It’s within the tourism Road. Close to restaurants. Room was very spacious and clean.

Pool was closed the entire time we were there. No TV. Wifi is slow. It was too expensive for a 2 nights stay.

The staff were great. I had an issue to get my luggage and had to go back to the airport the morning after we arrived. Asked the staff if they knew any way to get there and they helped us find a ride. Any questions we had they were right there to help out. The room was amazing and they cleaned it daily. Couldn’t have had a better experience.

Simply perfect, location, structure, services, but specially the staff.. friendly, happy and very helpful.. Bibi, Langla (hope i spelled it right) and Kris made our stay truly memorable!

The flooring had a few upturned edges that would hurt bare feet. Shower water pressure wasn’t the greatest.

Palaka Resort resides in a great location right at the center of General Luna with many restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The pool and the garden is beautiful and relaxing. The staff were very nice and helpful, we were also granted early check in which helped a lot as we had been flying the whole night. Highly recommended.

The faucet in the CR had minimal water pressure but the shower worked perfectly. The shower floor boards could be changed to new ones for better experience and safety.

Location was ideal near everything. The kindness of the whole staff (Lang Lang, Resiel, Karen and Nikki) who made our 4 days stay wonderful. They also helped organise our island hoping tours and airport transfers . Our 3 king size bedrooms were very spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was great.

I love how cozy and clean. The place was very great. My rooms are spacious and elegant. Bathroom is also nice. Excellent pool and very friendly staff. Love the brewed coffee every morning.

Problem with wifi connection but it’s just minor inconvenience.

Beautiful hotel, well-kept and super friendly staff

The staff were amazing. Special mention to Bibi and Langlang who made our stay very special. Everyone was very warm and welcoming. Great location, at the heart of General Luna. Could not recommend this place enough.

What breakfast? There was no breakfast served…onlly brewed coffee which I appreciated though. I would’ve loved it better for the hotel to provide breakfast options and to have room options for small families or groups (Ex. 3-5 pax). Like I would personally want to bring my kids (#3) to Siargao and stay again in Palaka and it would be more fun and cheaper for us to stay in one but bigger room…

Well, we had quite a recurring problem with our main door to the room…it was defective. We even got locked out once…Each room should also ideally be provided with umbrellas for the guests which they are accountable for at the end of their stay…we got drenched in the rain during most part of our stay in Siargao…it was continuously raining…an umbrella would have been a big help/convenience for the guests…Also, I would’ve loved that you provide better quality of pillows (not the cheap ones) and towels (thicker/fluffier) for the guests. Just saying…

No breakfast for the price. Broken shower and big spiders in the room. I know, there is not much you can dl about them, it is a tropical paradise after all

Boutique style hotel located in the hub of the bars and resturants but tucked away in a tropical garden setting with a lovely pool. Only 7 rooms with an open style reception, kitchen, lounge area for guests use. Super friendly, helpful, happy staff who spoke fantastic english and were a great help organising transfers and activities. Very secure with 24 hour security.

Pool was looking a little bit tired and could have done with a repaint.

The whole place was simple as the pictures but lovely. The room was very comfortable and spacious, everything was very clean and they cleaned the room everyday. The staff were very nice and helpful all the time.

The only thing I may say was that we booked a van to pick us up from the airport, and they never arrived nor contact us. There’s plenty of tuk tuk or taxis so luckily we didn’t struggle to get there. For the van to drop us off to the airport, the driver took one hour to pick people that were literally next and in front of our hotel, gladly the airport is so tiny that we could just check in in 30min, but we didn’t experience a good transport service from them.

We had a fabulous stay at Palaka Resort and recommend to any travelers. The room was a good size with a big bathroom and shower. We loved the pool area and took use of this whenever possible. The location was excellent, easily accessible to restaurants. The staff were exceptional, a special thanks to Tessa.

Property is very cozy and clean!!! We love how friendly and accommodating the staffs were during our stay. We even forgot some items and the staffs were kind enough to keep them. Super love the vibes of the resort!!

Property was very strict on letting our friends stay for a while and hang out in the room, while we are preparing for a night out. We didn’t know about the policy but this seems understandable.
