I like the breakfast similar dish but not the same every day. Close to the main town. Brolly was provided.

AustraliaThe first bed was good, second one creaked every time we moved. We once ordered room service and they didn’t put the order through we called 3 times and waited 2 hours. There were renovations happening at the resort so loud banging all day.
This resort is nice. The pools are great, the staff are lovely. The wifi in our room was terrible but they moved us to a new room and the wifi was good there. Breakfast is good lots of options.

United KingdomHotel is having too many improvements going on while we were there las week. I had to walk up to 8 floor to used the gym! Staffs are polite but needs training. My room often forget gives towels etc. Shower's trainage is bad at our room.

CanadaThe resort itself is under major construction. Only 2 restaurants were open. The staff not very friendly and beware they are cunning. I sent a couple of messages prior to booking in regarding an earlier checkin if possible. There was no response. Thought they may not be open. When I arrived, I enquired about my messages. I was brushed off. I was asked to leave a standard deposit for incidentals when booking in. When booking out you cannot use you deposit, they want you to pay separately. When I refused the lady charged me another deposit to cover incidentals. I felt like she tricked me.
My 1st time in an over the water bungalow. It did not have water under it half of the time as when the tide was out, there was no water. It was cool to do once.

AustraliaWe arrived 11.30am on the only transport available to us from Port Barton and couldn’t get into our room till 3.30pm. Official checkin time is 3pm. The transfer from Port Barton is an uncomfortable 3 hours so by the time we arrived at resort we were looking forward to cleaning up and relaxing by the pool. We were instructed to enquire back at reception at 2pm. We had lunch, walked around the resort, so hot with no aircon in common areas and watched multiple people check in and get their keys. They said we had to go to reception to ask if the room was ready, they weren’t able to send us a message to tell us when it would be ready. So we lined up multiple times (everything is slow) only to be told not ready yet come back later. We were so tired and it was so hot which didn’t help. By 3.30pm we were pretty annoyed and nobody cared a hoot. We got the keys with no instruction regarding breakfast, dining options, facilities info so made multiple trips back to reception to ask questions. The spa suite is a lovely room however the spa didn’t work which nobody was bothered by except for us who paid for it. It is a lovely resort and if everything went smoothly it would have been a much different stay.
A welcome break from Province accommodation. Pool areas nice. The Italian restaurant did great pizzas. Try the Bancao-bancao signature cocktail in the Lobby Bar!

Australia-it was run down and could do with renovation -water sports weren’t in operation - the “private beach” is on a mangrove, so again doesn’t look like the photos and there’s only water there if it’s high tide - the water around the water villa does not look like the pictures at all. It’s built on a mangrove so the water is really low and brown in colour. This was very disappointing because it was an expensive stay. - deceiving online images - the resort reception was confusing place to walk into, a lot going on - breakfast was average - I stayed in several other places in Philippines and I’ve met friendlier reception staff (maybe it was an off day) - asked for an extra quilt, it was at a ridiculous charge per night

SwedenThey really have to work on their service at breakfast and dinner. We had 2 dinners and one lunch in their restaurant and first had to wait 10 min to get the menu, and an additional 30 minutes to order. And every time we had to change our order because of "no have". The breakfast buffet had som western food and was ok, but even here some food ran out and wasn't refilled for 30 or 40 minutes. So even if the resort it self is a great place the food and dining experience is a big disappointment, wich for us is just as important as a great room.
Nice and clean rooms, and very friendly staff. Our kid loved the place because of the pool area and the gaming room (wich is a bit outdated).

EstoniaWe stayed in Water Villa, it was a great place, but definitely it’s not worth 500 euro per night. If the price would be 250-300 per night, it would have received a good review. I travel a lot and i know what Villa must be if you ask 500 euro per night. Breakfast was good and the breakfast crew was very friendly. The poolside crew wasn’t good, they missed to see if customers need anything etc. Also one guy told me they don’t have mint to make mohito, because they had sold out, when i was asking when the mint is coming, he said 24h from now 😅 How is it possible that nobody can’t go to shop and buy some mint 😂. Overall the place is nice, but it’s very sad to see, that they don’t have customers, they have very big potential, but the price doesn’t bring any good reviews and that is why people are afraid to come there :).
