I think the entrance can be improved and put like sofas and table for waiting area while people are waiting for check in or they just want to consume from the bar

Location is great, right next shopping mall. Staff is friendly and helpful Hotel itself is elegant and rooms are spacious. Smoking area available ouside Great drinks at the bar!

The allergen labeling at the restaurant could be improved. I have a severe egg allergy so when I first saw that everything in their buffet had allergen labeling I was very impressed but when I looked a little closer I noticed that a lot of items that did contain egg were incorrectly labelled as not having eggs. The staff was very helpful when I double checked with them so I never had an allergic reaction but I think if you do have labelling it should be done correctly so that is one thing I would suggest for improvement.

The room was wonderful - very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. There was a huge breakfast spread that was nice to have with a toddler. Great facilities as well -we used both the pool and gym multiple times. I also really liked having the SM City mall so close by.

It was really a good hotel. Room is clean and comfortable. Facillities are so nice. Out door pool is also good. First of all, all staffs are absolutely kind and nice. I highly recommend this hotel.

Check-in/out organisation is very bad causing unnecessary frustration. It is split into individual queues meaning you might pick a queue where the person(s) ahead of you takes a longtime to be served and you have to wait, but persons coming to the desk after you who have joined a different queue get served before you. This caused quite a bit of anger with a number of guests waiting at the time we checked out. Other hotels utilise a single queue meaning people get served in the order they arrive, which is much less frustrating.

We have stayed at this property many time since it was opened 13 years ago. The hotel has good facilities and is very comfortable. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. It is convenient for SM Shopping and dining.

The hotel is so convenient with everything. Hotel staff are amazing especially the lady who assisted me when checking in. Check in and check out are so quick. There are staff/guards available when taking a lift to make sure there is an available one. This saves time actually, you don't need to wait for the lift to become available, less waiting time. The room was great. It is what you see from their website. Impeccable Cleanliness and Maintenance. The food was amazing and varieties of selection, from local to international cuisine. We celebrated my Dad's bday on the 2nd day and booked them in another room which was so easy again. the hotel knows the value of time for their clients. Kudos!

Easy check in, staff showed outstanding work ethics- from the moment you arrived everyone greeted us with a smile! You all made our stay comfortable and memorable. The hotel is just a walking distance to SM mall where you have a lot of options to shop and eat. Hotel transfer and taxi are all available anytime. Just take note that Hotel transfer are not free of charge though. The breakfast was amazing- you can choose both filipino and continental breakfast. A lot of options to choose from. Booked for Junior suite king size and the room is massive. My son really enjoyed the office area for his gaming device. It was a lovely stay for my family. Thank you Raddison for such a fantastic stay.

No biggie but pillows are too soft. But it doesn’t affect our stay.

I love how secure the building is. Before you enter they scan our luggage and the staff were amazing. The room is very clean and you can see that they really are taking care of everything. Food was perfection. We are very lucky to have a room that’s overlooking the sea and pool area. It is convenient as well, walking distance to SM City. Next trip will be with my husband.
