Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.

There were cats in the entrance and it stinks. But all in all it was good enough. You will get what you paid for. No elevator, but the staff was very helpful though by carrying my luggage up and down.

The bathroom was a bit small in one of the rooms, but overall it was a very good stay.
Super friendly and flexible staff! Great pool on the rooftop.

Extremely noisy place since its right next to a main road and the airport. Sleeping was very difficult.
Helpful and kind staff, colorfull and vibrant rooms. And roof top pool if you wanna cool down

There are people trying to open our door because it is connected to the rooftop restaurants. I see guest peaking through the tinted glass window thinking that our room is the restaurant.
The bed is really nice and there was someone to welcome us early in the morning. Great value for money if you need a place to stay for few hours.

There are stairs coming up. Staff was so nice and took our baggages up
Thé property was clean and big enough for 2 persons with big baggages. Very close to the airport so handy. We heard some planes taking off through the nights but they don’t operate all night

The room was very clean comfortable? They provided towels and hygiene equipment. They very a lot of cute cats and the staff is very friendly and supportive.

Even though earplugs were provided, the promixity to the airport also meant being able to hear the planes overhead.
It was good for a quick overnight stay, and to get to the airport (T1) in less than 7 minutes for an early morning flight. Located within walking distance to a 7-eleven, Jollibee, Luk Foo Cantonese & hotpot restaurants and a huge supermarket called Puregold.

Location of the B&B looks rough and right in the premise of a pub. Open Shower right next to toilet I don't like cats really. There were walking around and one slipped to my room when I opened door
Convenient location which was closer to airport. Clean room Room right opposite staff at front desk made me feel safe

Shower is really small.

The duvet on our bed was too short for me. I am 1m 82 tall and the duvet only could come up to my upper arms. I had to lay diagonally to feel the duvet was the right size. Other than that, the bed was comfortable.
As always, our stay was great. Breakfast was good. It was nice and quiet, and as always fun to sit on the roof top and watch the planes come and go.

This place is LOUD. Literally on one of the busiest streets, directly under the flight path of planes landing. Also, if you are trying to get here or get to the airport from here during any other time besides the middle of the night, be prepared to sit in horrendous traffic.
It’s really done well. The rooms have such unique style, the rooftop is really cool and the bed is pretty darn comfortable. Close to Terminal 1 and close(ish) to terminal 3 if you’re heading to the airport at 3am.

Quite noisy at night and in an area with nothing around it. Wouldn’t leave hotel or stay for more than one night.
