The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful (especially Yuwan), the room was very clean, there's no TV though on the first two nights I stayed, but that's just a small issue. The accommodation was very comfortable. When I first stepped into the room, I thought I was entering one of the games from Squid Game(haha). The designs were unique and eye-catching. Very interesting. Love it!

Accessibility, near the mall and outside the hotel there are many food establishments. Considering the price its difinitely worth it. Staff are super nice and accomodating!

Initially, the room I got wasn't what was mentioned in the pictures. The host uploaded misleading information and pictures of the room which took me by surprise when I entered the room. I am not sure if the host has rectified this now or if its still incorrect information of the room being shown on website. I had to have a long discussion with the host who did resolve this matter. In the end, I did get the room which was shown in the advertisement.

The location was sketchy. The bed wasn’t great. I guess you get what you pay for, but not sure I’d stay here again. It wasn’t a place I felt like I could go walking, especially at night.

It was clean. And I appreciated having a mini fridge.The AC worked.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Perfect location for what we wanted to do. Public transport (tricycle) nearby and many eating places. Accommodation is comfortable and clean. We definitely will come back and stay again.

Our room had a lot of mosquitos and the air con is very noisy. Nothing a can of bug spray and a set of earplugs can’t fix though :)

Location was convenient, staff were really friendly, you could get a nice taste of what city life is like without the crazy hustle and bustle.

The manager was acting very pushy about paying the money for my early check-in immediately & I felt very uncomfortable because they gave me the feeling they didn’t trust me.

The rooms were very small and more suitable for backpackers. Very noisy especially during the weekends from street music and speeding motorists.. because the windows didn’t have fly screen protection there were mosquitoes in the room.. you would have to shut the windows all the time..

I liked the location, its was only a walking distance to Jazz mall, Capital Mall & The Ayala Circuit Mall… there were also paid laundry services few steps away.. I also liked that we were able to cook in the room as it had cooking utensils readily available upon request.. very friendly staff..

The front staff was not attentive. They look bored and just chatting with each other. Bed foam is thin and bed frame was making noise. Very squeaky. It was a nice room but the bed was really off. Will not return

I didn't like the design of the room at all. Because of the sewer pipes around it, I was not able to sleep soundly at all. Even when you are eating, you're facing at the pipes hearing the sound of the rushing water and sometimes there's a bad smell coming out of it, knowing that those waste are from the comfort rooms of the other rooms in above level. In the first day, the staff told me to change rooms, since the welcoming staff gave me the wrong room. I thought that would be best, but it's disappointing.

room is far smaller than you can tell from the photos, the air con is incredibly loud and leaked into our bedroom from outside of the window. the bathroom had a sliding door which didn’t properly close, and the sink was outside the bathroom. also early check in is 180 pesos per hour which meant we nearly paid more than a whole night, just to check in early after a morning flight. we paid 900 pesos to check in 5 hours early, and 2300 for a 2 night stay

the beds were comfy and the staff were polite. shower had good pressure and the hot water was reliable
