The introduction by Thomas was awesome. He was waiting for us to show the room and all the facilities. Which are great btw. Great value for money in my humble opinion. Highly recommended!

The property was very clean and has a fantastic view of the seaside. We enjoyed our stay especially my boys. The beach is just a walking distance and so as the mactan newtown. Its close-by the airport too. Thomas was very accommodating and responsive. The complimentary pick up from the airport was a big help too. We would definitely recommend la mirada.

The room was clean and the view was amazing. Thomas was very responsive and kind, so both my kids and I felt very safe and comfortable during our stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone staying in Mactan Island. Thank you so much for everything.

Thomas was an ace host … will go a mile for his clients … one thing that has impress us was the quality of the beddings it smells nice unlike the hotels and places I’ve stayed before it has a smell of a foul body odour and unable to use pillows ( I am very particular when it comes to beddings I would like to sleep comfortably I’m on holiday after all ) the towels are good quality too I would highly recommend Thomas place to everybody who wants to visit cebu/mactan area thank you Thomas xxx

The room was clean, spacious, and has a very nice sea and pool view. Almost all of the stuff there was working and new. The bathroom is fully functioning, too. Sir Thomas was accommodating and replies immediately to inquiries.

Unfortunately La Mirada fell well below expectations from lack of any security patrols to pool in darkness from 6pm and dogs roaming around. Also there is a problem with cockroaches outside the unit in the halls. La Mirada looks tired and needing some attention but others in same area look the same.

Thomas was an excellent host and apartment had everything you would wish for included. The view was stunning watching ferries shuttling back and forth to Panglo Island and paragliders.

It takes a bit of time to get to other places but since it’s situated in a gated community it’s better if you have a car or any form of transportation available, other than that the place is great.

The place was great and I like the fact that the Residence was in a gated community and there’s a checkpoint going into the building so can feel safe and secure

The surrounding area, while beautiful doesn't have much to do or choices to eat. The host was thoughtful enough to include some useful information of activities and points of interest and restaurant option. I recommend looking through those. Also, transportation options are limited. I would recommend using Grab to get around and for food delivery.

This residence was exceptional in every way. It was clean and beautiful with many thoughtful extras to make things even more pleasant. But what I was really impressed with was the host. We arrived about 2 hours ahead of check in time, expecting to just leave our bags behind the desk and pass some time by the pool, but he accommodated us anyway. We really appreciated that. Ideal for a romantic getaway which it was for us. Especially loved the pool.

Thomas was incredibly accommodating to us. We checked in late and he met us in the lobby to hand us our key and show us our room. He also let us bring family members over to use the pool the next day, even letting us use the room until 6PM. There are also menus on the desk to order delivery from.

Maybe the apartment could have a future refurb to bring it up to modern standards but this isn’t necessary. A dish washer machine might be a useful addition to the kitchen.

The view out from your bedroom is what makes this apartment wonderful but also it’s very comfortable too. The bed was amazing, I slept really well. The kitchen has everything you need to make a cooked breakfast and then wash up afterwards. The TV package with premium YouTube and Netflix and Amazon is really nice added bonus. The host gives great tips on where to go for food and beaches, plus you got free unlimited access to a pool and gym.

Great experience, host was awesome and provided any information needed. Area is kind of secluded, but not too far away from the main street which was great and lots of bikes/taxis to take you. Overall had very good experience and would recommend. Apartment had all the amenities needed, even drinking water.
