The location is confusing to get back to at night. The way I arrived during the day and early evening was gated at 10:30pm and I was stuck in the rain and trying to get locals to help me. It was confusing as I had to go through another property to get there.

The room is large, air conditioned, and in a quiet locations.

the shower water pressure is not too good for me, so I need to spend more time to clean up shampoo on my hair i meet 3 nights of intermittent power outages， 4-5 times each night; although, at one night, there's no tap water (staff told that it's local government office were doing some electric test; Even worse, after the water supply was cut off and returned to normal, the water emits a chemical odor, floated with a layer of white foam， until I checked out from the house, I have to buy bottle water for washing my face, brush teeth, i didn't wait for the driver arranged for me, so i have to walking on empty street at 5am, and tried to find someone can send me to the pier

staffs are good, warm welcome. room is big, clean and kitchen is amazing! location: 10-15minuts walk distance to small lalaguna; convenience store is 3 minutes walk it's quiet at night, you dont' need earplugs very safety place!!!, I forgot locked the door few times, both door was opened for almost a day, but nothing lost kitchen with full cutlery, you could cook yourself the shower is hot water staffs provide daily cleaning, As long as they are at work, they can always help you solve the false proposition of the room

The wifi was a bit unreliable

The location is great, very central but away from any noise. The room was very spacious and comfortable with cooking facilities, tv with english channels and view towards the sea. Staff were very kind and friendly and the room was cleaned promptly every morning

Sabang has frequent brown-outs. But there is a generator that comes on shortly after. Also the WiFi worked intermittently, and I don't know what caused it. It could have been the provider not the customer causing the problem.

Minor issues - Electricity generator cuts out now & then it reboots in 3min. Porch floor tiles are glossy smooth, so very slippery when wet.

EVERYTHING - #1: Ms. Irene (staff), her service was very helpful and cleaned our room & changed towels/bed sheets daily. We didn’t expect this at all for the price we paid. AMAZING! She even washed our dishes when left behind due to being late for our Dive departure. This is beyond the call of duty! Ground floor was perfect for us as it avoids carrying all our dive gear upstairs. The whole building is away from the main promenade along the water’s edge and so SILENT, VERY QUIET & PEACEFUL. The apartment is large, with a living room sofa having a foldout bed for 2 people. Bedroom has a queen size bed, amazing! Kitchen has a little table w/ 2 chairs. I am a chef, let me tell you GAS COOKTOP is everything for perfection heat. Utensils & dishes plentiful & Lovely! Has a front porch with 2 chairs and table. There is a rail to hand wetsuits etc. where the morning sun dried everything. We stayed for 8 nights and always looked forward to arriving to the apartment and having a shower (hot if u want) and eat and sleep peacefully. We are a couple with a 12yrs child. We are all happy living here and the PRICE is the best for what we got.
