Wifi is bad and the carpet is not so clean, also when I enter the room, smells like chemical spray. But after I used exhaust fan slowly disappeared. The bathroom is okay but I saw small cockroach.

The Location is good . Big bathroom and nice ambiance especially night time. I can see the view.

Not a very good hotel and poor service. Our AC was smelling and had to make multiple requests to get it corrected. Had to request multiple times to provide complimentary drinking water and toiletries. The swimming pool area smells of chlorine. The room is not at all ventilated with no windows. Overall, this hotel is not at all value for money.

First day We found bed bug on the pillow. The Manager changed our room right away and we mentioned to exterminate the room. The carpet noted some stains and looks old.

The rooms are in need of some serious updating, whilst they very big, they were very outdated, everything from soft furnishings to bathroom amenities needs improvement. There were cockroaches in the room, and the air conditioning unit is very old and very, very noisy.

Seafood dinner is not as fresh as it looks in the menu.

The CR was clog.. the water drain was not working properly and everytime we use the CR oooks like there was a floods.. but overall it was good experience in our stay.

On the first day there is a cockroach… please make sure to clean before you send someone to stay. But all throughout it was a very good stay experience.

The gym is very basic with very odd opening hours i.e. is closed daily between 10am-4pm, and between 8pm-6am. The pool is also closed on Tuesdays. The pool is a small pool on Level 5. But our main bugbear about this hotel is the number of cockroaches in the room (and we didn't have any food in the room either). Maybe next time we will take some insect/crawlers spray with us.

High ceiling and very spacious room with wardrobe and a work desk, good sized bathroom, cable tv, and great aircon. Great buffet breakfast with a great selection of both heavy and light breakfast choices. Wifi connection was also great.

The pool was too busy to use The gym only open until 9am then open again at 4pm The fact I paid for 9 nights up front then was not given the key to the room until I paid a further 500 pesos for the deposit (in cash) very poor policy

I thought maybe bec we booked online thru 3rd party, they gave us low floor, no view, the view was hotel junkyard. Rooms with city view are with one bed only. Food was expensive on room service menu. AC was noisy. The washroom smelled bad when the toilet was flushed.

The toilet smelled a bit when we got there though so we covered the drain using the trash can, there wasn't a proper parking space, and the pool was closed when we decided to go swimming.

The room was pretty good, the bed was nice and bouncy, the wifi was okay, the receptionists were really nice, and there's an available ATM outside the hotel exit.
