Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Philippines1. Cleanliness esp in the outside bathroom. Need ma renovate or malinisan ng bongga puro na stain ang kapal na ng tartar ng cr hays. 2. They didn't advise us what time will be the breakfast. 3. Medyo attitude yung naghahandle ng area kasi pagdating namin hindi aware yung staff kung saan kaming kubo. We had to search pa sa booking.com. Kami pa namobrelema.
It's near the front beach. Just few steps away. The peace and the quiteness of the place. Super far from the crowded loud city. Ate leslie was very accomodating. Please hire her!!! Her brother needs some help with managing the resort.

Philippines- We were told that we booked a room that has an outside CR, and transferred to another room. - However, what we got was a bathroom that has no flush, they will not provide any toiletries, no bidet (they will only give you towel and one tissue, and then no more) I mean these are the basics for proper accommodation. - The aircon was not enough to cool the room, electric fan was an option. - I think the place needs a lot of improvement and renovation. - Even though it’s a just a beachfront (indicated as sea view room, noooot really) Go to other places for better view and relaxation.
The place is accessible and the staffs were kind.

PhilippinesToiletries - The free toiletries were lacking, they only provided us towels and one new tissue, the other two tissues were just leftovers. No soap, toothbrush, and shampoo. Hidden charges - they have so many hidden charges, we thought that drinking water and gas stove were included in the package, but it's not, they're offering the gas stove for 200 pesos per day while the drinking water was 50 pesos per container. It's not indicated in this listing that there will be charges for these things. Beds and linens - Linens were incomplete, the sofa bed didn't have a bed sheet. The bunk bed was too low, and we kept hitting our heads on the bed frame. The pillows and mattresses on the bunk bed were too thin. Free breakfast - we were promised on our first night that we'll have tapsilog for breakfast. However, when we received our breakfast, there was no beef tapa. We do not eat pork, so it was really disappointing for my fam. Instead, they provided us longganisa and hotdog. Poor sanitation - some areas inside the house were dusty. There were cockroaches in the bedroom and restrooms. Staff - they leave the front desk unattended during late hours. We couldn't ask for any assistance during these times.
Staff - Their staff were friendly and are accommodating to our needs. I booked 2 kubo for 6 guests but didn't expect the private bathroom to be far from our kubo. Our group has 3 elderlies, and it would definitely be inconvenient for them to travel to the restroom. Fortunately, Raymond was kind enough to offer an upgrade to our booking, and he offered us the house. Room - the villa was spacious for 6 guests. Pet-friendly - they allow pets but will charge 500 per night.

PhilippinesThe place needs major renovation. The faucet in the lavatory of the 2 room bongalow wasn't working. You need to use the faucet of the kitchen sink to brush your teeth or wash your face. It is possible that the bed linens were not newly washed since it caused itchiness to those who used the main bedroom. The gas range in the kitchen in the unit wasn't working. The door knob of the bedroom needed replacement as it was difficult opening and closing the door. You need 2 people to open the door, one on opposite sides of the door. There were 2 episodes of power interruptions for more than 2 hours each time. The place doesn't have generator to provide needed power to run the aircon, and worse, since the water pump is run by electricity, there was no water also during lunchtime when we are cooking our lunch. The wifi wasn't working.
The staff were accommodating and very kind, especially the lady.

PhilippinesThe overpriced “paluto” food, better to have a documented agreement first if you will avail their “paluto” services. The villa/cabin has no electric stove inside the house, you need to use the common kitchen outside the villa/cabin. The assigned cr at kubo was clogged, reported to resort admin, but no action made.

PhilippinesThe restroom is outside the unit plus the shower is not working...you can only bath properly from a hose or the shower beside the beach. Restrooms are not clean as well. Our toilet seat cover as well is broken and also shower is not working. Restrooms are far from units which makes it hard to use especially it rained so hard when we got there. Rooms only have one aircon for each units. The place still needs more maintenance.
We like the fact that it is beachfront but nothing else is exceptional. Breakfast is free.

United StatesI did not like the cottage which I paid for 3 people but only accommodate 2 . Toilet does not flush. Very uncomfortable stay. It is good I only stay one night, Bed is horrible. MY REVIEW IS NOT 5 IT IS 2 AT THE MOST.
The staff was helpful, breakfast was good. I reserve for 3 people with bathroom in the cottage but they gave us a bed good for 2 person only. One of our friend was forced to stay with her relative as there is no space to sleep. there are a lot of insects inside the cottage. Toilet does not flush. Not worth staying here. Never again.

PhilippinesThere was barely enough room for two people to maneuver inside the room. The restroom was separated from the room and you need to walk a few feet in the dark if you need to use the restroom at night. Breakfast was not at a set schedule and we woke up earlier than the caretaker/receptionist who needs to prepare breakfast.
The place was far from the livelier part of San Juan so there were not much noise at night.
