You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The 6-people bunk bed room was great, beds comfortable and very clean. We were 4 people staying there and had enough space for everything. There are nice restaurants around and while shark watching point is walkable distance.

Perfect place for a trip to see whale sharks (1km far). Stadf super friendly and helpful. Space for parking a scooter, Very clean room. Not very big but tasty, local breakfast

PhilippinesThe location is perfect, close to mostly all attractions in oslob, close to the port and the beaches, the place is super clean, the staffs are super freindly and helpful, you get more than what you paid for ! I highly recommend this place and would definitely book this place again if i travel back in Oslob!

CanadaThe aircon was a little noisy but it's not a big deal. Getting food required a little bit of walking.
I've stayed in Oslob before and all I can say is...what an upgrade this was. The room was much bigger than I was expecting and we had a private bathroom. The beds were also bigger than I was expecting. The staff was incredibly helpful, giving us a wake up call, taking us to the whale sharks, babysitting while we were in the water and giving us a free breakfast on our return. They also helped us to get the bus back to Cebu City. We can't thank them enough for making our stay so pleasant.

Very helpful and informative staff. 10-15 minute walk from the Whale Shark attraction. WiFi strong in room and beds and pillows comfortable.

United States of AmericaWhen we arrived after a long bus ride there was nobody there to receive us, despite me telling them when we would arrive. We couldn't find anyone, and eventually had to just sit in the driveway until a cleaning woman came along and saw us. When I went to take a shower at night there was no hot water. I messaged them and the reply was sorry but the hot water in your room is broken. That is not an acceptable response. You tell us beforehand so I'm not standing there in cold water trying to fix it, you put us in a room with a shower that works, you do something besides just sorry we took your money but you get the room with cold water. There are plenty of cheaper places nearby that I'm sure would have hot showers.
The staff were friendly, location was good, and the room was very clean.
