Pool doesn’t have lights so it’s dark to go night swimming. Very cold water.

Room was clean and spacious. Aircon is cold and quiet. TV with cable works well. Pool is free to use and pool towels are provided. Lifeguard on duty at all times. Location is great! Walkable to Ayala the 30th, Megamall, and Estancia. Staff are helpful and professional.

Wifi - very slow even for a simple Google search and often have to re-type in pswd Cleanliness - many hairs on the floor when we arrived, sheets had various stains and did not smell fresh, smell of ipis, saw several cockroaches and even one on my toothbrush Bed - mattress has several very uncomfortable lumpy springs No hotel breakfast option but many nearby stores within walking distance Golf was one hole, not really an activity

The 2br also had 2 full bathrooms, spacious and functional living/dining room area, good water pressure and hot water temp, shower was small but had shower curtain, pool was very nice, friendly staff, good location about 10 min walk to Mega mall, easy to catch a Grab, very soundproof - never heard neighboring rooms

We had a lot of issues like plumbing, the ac is so loud we couldnt sleep. I felt like the building needs tlc.

The beddings and sheets are not clean or sanitized. Posting about the type of bed is deceiving. Jacuzzi pool not working.

Pros: Good location, pool and sauna facilities are well maintaned and staff are engaging. Cons: Water in the pool is way cold and jacuzzi was not working during our stay.

The hotel is clean but the lobby sofa and chairs are very dirty. AC was not working in the lobby . Wifi is really bad .Gets disconnect every time and sometime its not available. Water kettle was not working. For doing early checking by 4hrs the staff where asking to pay 1 night additional charges . so had wait in the lobby till my checkin time.

Good for 1 night stay , The room was nice and clean. Coffee shop and grocery store in the same building .

The staff took waaaaay tooooooo looooooong in bringing the ironing board that I borrowed. I asked if they can let me borrow and they said they have one available, but it never came. Ended up ironing my dress and my husband’s long sleeved polo on top of the bed.

It was right beside my niece’s debut venue, very accessible

Male Staff in the 3rd floor, we courteously ask if we can borrow a chair for a while to be used in photoshoot he decline profoundly. In the Evening seems short staff. I have to carry my own luggage in the trolley going to our room.

The bathroom was too small and I cannot shower well. The amenities was closed at night. I wanted to visit the game room, billiard and pool but it was not available at around 11PM when we arrived at the hotel. Other than that everything went well. As I moved the bed there were a lot of dirt and it seems like they are not doing a deep cleaning regularly only on the surface but under the bed its not that as expected.

The room was big enough, the bed was comfortable, and TV and cable was available.

Room. I booked two rooms. They're both good--clean and complete with the basic amenities, as advertised. However, the other room's mattress needs replacement. It wasn't comfortable to sleep in, with some springs protruding and digging at your back. Also, the hair dryer and TV remote control in that room wasn't working--needs replacement. Also, while there was strong wifi connection, my devices got logged out when I woke up the following and could no longer reconnect. Don't know why. The staff that came to help couldn't make it work. Well... There was also only one chair inside the room. Logically, there should be two since the room is designed for two people. Customer Service - would do well with a little improvement. They need to smile more and not appear too serious-- from the personnel at the lobby, to the cleaners, to the staff at the pool. Also, the reception shouldn't be left without anyone to answer the phone. Lighting - The hotel lobby was too dimly-lit... and at Christmas time? I also noticed this at the pool. I understand the need to save on energy, but when there are people occupying the place, it should be well-lit.

The location is good. Very close to major establishments. Free parking. I liked that there was parking space, and free, too. I just wish the staff at the reception was a bit proactive and told us about the pass upon check out. That way, I didn't have to go back (from the parking exit area to request for it, as the guard won't recognize the OR as proof of booking payment. Generally, it was a good stay.

We were not able to enjoy swimming. It was written that swimming is until 10pm, however, the staff said that it is only 9:30pm. We go to the pool area at around 9pm so we assumed that we have atleast 1 hour to enjoy. Knowing that tomorrow is wednesday and the pool is scheduled close. Since we only have 30 minutes, we are in a hurry so we were not able to enjoy it. After i dry myself, another groups arrived and the staff is telling them that swimming is until 930 only. But the guest insisted that it is written that it is 10pm. So the staff eventually allowed them. So it seems that the 930 rule is just the rule of the staff and not the hotel. We understand that maybe the staff wants to rest early, however, the guests also managed their time to enjoy the stay in the limited time.

Rooms are great for its price. The location is good and the place is very comfortable. Also, there is a designated parking which is near the elevator so we were able to bring our things easier.

We booked the 2 bedroom suites and room was clean except the only downfall is that we spotted small roaches in the bathroom and kitchen. They also need to upgrade their kitchen pots, they have scratches.

Everything went well in our stay. Furnitures were at par. Staff is very friendly and accommodating and they cleaned the rooms everyday. There was a problem of the faucet and the plumber fixed it right away. Parking was free
