Parts of unfinished paint inside the room. The hassle of needing to pay for each item of clothing that you need ironed and you can't even iron it yourself. I think having just one key card is very unconventional especially if there are 2 guests or more. This needs to be changed.

The water pressure in the shower is so desperately weak. it was interesting showering with a trickle. It would also be nice if they could provide an electric kettle for the room.

Great location, walking distance to the seaport and walking distance to city center. Clean, good breakfast with rice and 3 other dishes, a/c is strong, staff is friendly. Water cooler in every floor

The seaview is still ruined by shacks used by local fisherfolk, just out the window.... please buy these people out and bulldoze the unslightly eyesores.

The elevator was working! The elevator was working! (Last year it wasn't, at the time I stayed, but forunately it has been repaired. It appears nearly new, there is no reasonable excuse for it to have been out of service last year.... fortunately it has been cured.

It's only a small suggestion for improvement. A fridge and an electric kettle would do wonders adding that extra touch.

Location. Room ambience and cleanliness. Daily prompt room cleaning. Free filtered water for the rooms. Super quiet in the superior room. Close to everything, even the main jetty is just a 5 mins walk. I loved this place. I actually rebooked and stayed longer. 😆

The Wi-Fi signal in the room is weak. Additionally, the water pressure in the restroom is also low. Lastly, the cleanliness of the bathroom and shower requires attention, as it is old and unstable.

All the staff were friendly and breakfast was pleasantly offered as a buffet rather than plated. Also, its good location (near the city center and port) as well as the availability of ample parking spaces is a significant advantage. We also enjoyed a free room upgrade from standard to deluxe, which was a wonderful surprise.

2x deluxe double room 19th Oct 2024-one night stay staff were helpful and allowed us to check in as early at 7am-we could not appreciate it enough especially after coming from a long flight with little sleep, comfortable bed but pillows were a bit hard to our liking, close to the port and mall, mouthcare provided, all in one soap/shampoo/conditioner was handy Would definitely use again, rate 7/10

Hot water was not working, linens were grayish instead of white, there was no water early morning but they were kind enough to bring water in pails. Water came back after an hour. No soap. I prefer soap than all-purpose liquid wash/shampoo. But there was no option.

Great central location, close to the seaport, with restaurants, cafes and stores nearby. Easy check-in, we arrived earlier and they accommodated us. Good internet. Big windows with view of the seaport
