No Air conditioner and fans were available in the room, aroom facing the river does not have the window even.

This place has everything that one looks for specially during a family tour. There was peace, tranquility and great food service. The place is surrounded by some beautiful nature scenery. They just need to improve internet facility.

The resort's location is excellent, situated on the bank of a river with a stunning mountain view. The staff was competent and friendly, though some additional training in hospitality service would be beneficial.

To enhance guest comfort, we recommend improving the Wi-Fi network and installing ceiling fans in the rooms, especially given the recent rise in temperatures. Additionally, installing mesh screens on doors and windows would help prevent mosquitoes and insects from entering. We hope these suggestions are taken positively, as these improvements will significantly enhance guest satisfaction and attract more customers. Hope see these small suggestions in next visit.

Breakfast very nice and location is wawoooo

The following are really praise worthy: 1. The riverbank and the wooden astle with access to riverbank. 2. The cleanliness of room and washroom. 3. The hotel dining menu. 4. The courteous staff especially Husnain. 5. Quite and peaceful environment

the resort was truly beautiful, and the lush green surroundings made it feel very relaxing and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly. i especially want to mention Aqib who was extremely helpful and a really kind young man. I’ll definitely come back and plan to stay even longer next time. Thank you :)
